SMaP #136 - vigilant pigeons

in #hive-106444last year

Only today I found out about this week's topic. I immediately headed to the park, grabbing a dad with camera and food for birds (a bag of bread and corn wheat)

Our meeting ended with me catching one of the pigeons and holding it for a few tender minutes - and dad took a lot close-up pictures
I'll show them next time, when the week's topic will be "Eye"

It is not recommended to feed birds with bread. In any case, in winter it is categorically contraindicated.

In winter, I treat them with sunflower seeds and millet. Sometimes I suggest a bit of lard for the tits (I really like lard myself!). And, by the way, pigeons do not consider that wheat bread is harmful to them. I have not seen a single pigeon that died from it, lol. Thank you for your visit, and especially for leaving a comment!
