Hello my dear friends. 🐤 I'm back from my summer vacation and came to check my blog. How did you do without me? I see you weren't bored! Me too. Summer was fun - I learned how to catch lizards with my hands, and also have caught numerous amounts of frogs, toads and tadpoles (I used a net for this purpose).
But what's even more cool is - believe me or not - that now I can catch a pigeon with my own hands! Of course, after a few minutes I release it and go wash my hands! But I'll tell you about this in detail some other time. My dad promised to make a video of me doing it. Oh, by the way, why do I do it: I really like looking at them up close, looking at the details of their plumage, their wrinkled glossy legs, looking into their crazy orange eyes.
Pigeons are easier to catch than other birds, they are stupid and greedy. Crows are much smarter - there's simply no comparison! (I'm not even trying...) And this is a young raven, a baby, he hasn't yet learned to be wary of people and lets people get as close as an outstretched arm. In the photographs you can probably even see yourself in his eye's apple... well, almost.
Hope you liked the pictures, it was my pleasure to share. See you next time!
