🦉 The great tit (Parus major)
- Parus (lat.) Tit
- major (lat.) large
With the arrival of spring, most of these birds fly back to the forests, only a few remain to continue living in the city. In the forests, they look for a suitable hollow for nesting, where they will build a nest. City birds usually live in special houses made especially for them, such houses are usually located in city parks. Or they settle under the roofs of houses, buildings, ventilation.
Somewhere around mid-July, you can see several small birds flying after the adults, fluttering their wings, begging for food. They have to grow up and learn to find food for themselves before autumn comes.
