¿Que tal amigos de hive? Espero que lo estén pasando Excelente. Para comenzar debo decir que yo no soy una persona muy fotogénica por lo general, así que por ello no había usado antes esta dapp, pero mí aversión a las fotografías pasa a un segundo plano cuando se cumple cierto requisito, el cual es cuando estoy haciendo cosplay y hace aproximadamente un mes se dio un evento de anime relativamente cerca de donde vivo y pensé que sería el momento perfecto para usar un disfraz que tenía guardado desde el Halloween anterior y con el cual pocas personas me vieron, así que decidí hacer mi primer post en la dapp de Liketu contando mi experiencia como el Dr. Plague (Doctor de la peste negra, Dr. Plaga etc…) en el evento del ikigai fest y contarles mi experiencia.
Para comenzar debo decir que inicialmente no tenía planes de asistir a este evento, ya que sabía que no sería lo mismo que cuando asistía a este tipo de convenciones hace ya muchos años, pero esas convenciones aquí son muy escazas y un par de amigos fueron los que me motivaron a ir, entonces acepte sin saber ni el lugar ni la fecha, finalmente me enteré de esta información unos 3 días antes del evento y yo quería ir con algún cosplay, pero se me iba a hacer imposible realizar alguno en esa cantidad de tiempo. Entonces faltando tan poco tiempo le pregunte a mi papa (Que es básicamente quien hace mis cosplays posibles gracias a sus grandiosas habilidades artísticas) si podía hacerme una mini guadaña y luego de algunos acuerdos y un par de días después, finalmente la tuve en mis manos.
Esto era el complemento que necesitaba para mi disfraz, ya que anteriormente lo había usado con una espada de madera muy grande, que aunque servía para intimidar, no encajaba con el resto del disfraz, luego de eso hice algunas modificaciones al cosplays para hacerlo más cómodo de llevar y no tan caluroso, al final estos pequeños ajustes resultaron haciendo que el disfraz visualmente estuviese mejor y fuese más cómodo para llevarlo puesto.
Estos cambios fueron mínimos, cambie el suéter con capucha con el que ocultaba mi cabello por una camisa negra de mangas largas, cambie el pantalón de vestir negro por un Jean del mismo color pero más elástico, quite las chaparreras o tobilleras de Jean que llevaba y cambie la correa de broche “moderno” por una con un diseño un poco más anticuado, el cabello decidí llevarlo suelto, ya que así me tapaba las pocas partes de la cara que la máscara dejaba visible como las orejas y agregar vendajes.
Mis amigos y yo llegamos al evento, yo iba vestido “de civil” o “Normalito” y una vez dentro del evento me dirigí al baño y me coloque toda la indumentaria del cosplay, al salir todos los que estaba en la cercanía voltearon a ver asombrados y al reencontrarme con mis amigos y ponernos a ver los Stands de productos y merch de anime y videojuegos, las solicitudes de fotografías comenzaron a llegar, inclusive los fotógrafos profesionales que asistieron al evento para tomar fotos de los cosplayer profesionales y los más resaltantes me tomaron un par de fotos, de las cuales solo pude obtener una, y esta donde me enfrento a Ghost, del juego Call Of Duty.
Había algunos cosplays muy… presentes, digamos, yo llegue a contar 2 Denjis modo demonio, y 5 Inosukes.
El evento estuvo bien, ya que este era una especie de “prueba” ya que los organizadores se habían vistos involucrados en ciertos asuntos turbios en el pasado relacionado también a una convención, por ello se re-organizaron, sacaron algunas personas añadieron algunas otras y estaban comenzando de nuevo con este. Yo en lo personal, por mi experiencia en otras convenciones noté un par de cosas y detalles que se podían mejorar, pero me divertí, conocí a 2 de mis cyber amigas, aunque solo me pude tomar foto con una, pero me agrado saber que a las personas les gusto mi personificación del Dr. De la peste, incluso habían niños que reconocían al personaje y se emocionaban al verme, fue sin duda una experiencia muy grata, aunque el cosplay me dificultaba mucho la visión y el caminar en algunas ocasiones, pero como diría mi padre, son gajes del oficio.
Los invito a comentarme si han estado en alguna convención de este tipo y que les ha parecido ¿Se han encontrado un cosplay que los dejase con la boca abierta? Los estaré leyendo.

To begin with I must say that I'm not a very photogenic person usually, so that's why I had not used this dapp before, but my aversion to photographs goes to the background when a certain requirement is met, which is when I'm doing cosplay and about a month ago there was an anime event relatively close to where I live and I thought it would be the perfect time to use a costume that I had saved from the previous Halloween and with which few people saw me, so I decided to make my first post in the Liketu dapp telling my experience as Dr. Plague (Black Plague Doctor, Dr. Plague etc...) at the ikigai fest event and tell you about my experience.
To begin I must say that initially I had no plans to attend this event, as I knew it would not be the same as when I attended this type of conventions many years ago, but those conventions here are very scarce and a couple of friends were the ones who motivated me to go, so I accepted without knowing the place or the date, finally I found out this information about 3 days before the event and I wanted to go with some cosplay, but it was going to be impossible for me to make any in that amount of time. So with so little time left I asked my dad (who is basically the one who makes my cosplays possible thanks to his great artistic skills) if he could make me a mini scythe and after some agreements and a couple of days later, I finally had it in my hands.
This was the complement I needed for my costume, since I had previously used it with a very big wooden sword, that although it was useful to intimidate, it didn't fit with the rest of the costume, after that I made some modifications to the cosplays to make it more comfortable to wear and not so hot, in the end these small adjustments resulted in making the costume visually better and more comfortable to wear.
These changes were minimal, I changed the hooded sweater with which I hid my hair for a black shirt with long sleeves, I changed the black dress pants for a Jean of the same color but more elastic, I removed the Jean chaps or anklets I wore and changed the "modern" clasp strap for one with a slightly more antiquated design, the hair I decided to wear it loose, as it covered the few parts of the face that the mask left visible as the ears and add bandages.
My friends and I arrived to the event, I was dressed "in civilian clothes" or "Normalito" and once inside the event I went to the bathroom and I put on all the cosplay clothes, when I left everyone who was in the vicinity turned to see amazed and when I met my friends again and we started to see the stands of products and merchandise of anime and video games, The requests for pictures started to arrive, even the professional photographers who attended the event to take pictures of the professional cosplayers and the most prominent ones took a couple of pictures of me, of which I could only get one, and this one where I faced Ghost, from the game Call Of Duty.
There were some very... present cosplayers, let's say, I got to count 2 Denjis demon mode, and 5 Inosukes.
The event went well, as this was a sort of "test" since the organizers had been involved in some shady business in the past related to a convention as well, so they re-organized, took some people out, added some others and were starting over with this one. Personally, from my experience in other conventions I noticed a couple of things and details that could be improved, but I had fun, I met 2 of my cyber friends, although I could only take a picture with one, but I was pleased to know that people liked my impersonation of Dr. De la peste, there were even children who recognized the character and were excited to see me, it was certainly a very pleasant experience, although the cosplay made it very difficult for me to see and walk sometimes, but as my father would say, it's part of the job.
