Hola mis queridos amigos, espero que estén muy bien, disfrutando de este fin de semana, sea en familia, con amigos o como gusten; en lo personal, a mí me gusta estar con mi novio o en familia, disfrutar de buenos momentos, pasarla muy bien, y si es con comida mejor, y así ocurrió el día de ayer, aprovechando que tuvimos que ir a El Tejero, organizamos rápidamente un rico almuerzo con nuestra familia.
Este momento familiar se da, porque mi novio, mi madre y yo fuimos a El Tejero de visita, no teníamos planeado este almuerzo, más bien pensé que sería una visita sin mucho que hacer, pero estando en casa de mi suegra, hablando de todo un poco, recordé ese delicioso pollo horneado que hizo meses atrás, entonces ella nos pregunto ¿Por qué no horneamos pollo?, fue idea que me pareció muy pero muy bien, entonces mi novio y yo salimos a comprar todo lo necesario y estando en el supermercando, le dije para compartir con la familia este rico almuerzo, llame a mi suegra, para comentarle lo pensado, ya que era su casa y ella es la que manda, a lo que dijo que si, que compráramos el doble de lo pensado, luego llame a mi madre y ella encantada con la idea, llamo a mi tía, a mi prima y se llegaron todos a la casa de mi suegra, también fue un amigo de la familia.
Llegamos con las compras y nos dispusimos a ayudar a mi suegra en la cocina, mientras ella preparaba el pollo, nosotros nos hicimos cargo de preparar la ensalada y bollitos; cocinar en familia es otro nivel, es mucha alegría, risas, bromas, me la pase tan bien que olvide tomar muchas fotos, pero las que tome espero que les gusten.
Me encanta caminar el patio de la casa de mi suegra, es muy natural, fresco y lindo, aproveche un lapso de tiempo mientras se horneaba el pollo, para caminar junto a mi Madre e ahijados todo el patio.
Era hora de comer, alistamos la mesa, todos nos sentamos, le dimos gracias a DIOS por este almuerzo en familia, y les digo, fue el mejor plato de comida que he podido degustar en esta semana y en este mes, muy delicioso, mi suegra cocino muy bien, de ella estoy aprendiendo mucho, además estar acompañada de mi familia, hace que la comida tenga ese toque familiar y hogareño; por supuesto, Rose "mi perrita" no podía faltar.
Fue un gran momento el que compartimos, delicioso almuerzo con muy buena compañía, todos quedamos satisfechos y alegres; estuvimos un rato más compartiendo y luego fuimos a llevar a la familia a sus casas, para regresar a acomodar y descansar.

This family moment is given, because my boyfriend, my mother and I went to El Tejero to visit, we had not planned this lunch, rather I thought it would be a visit without much to do, but being at my mother-in-law's house, talking about everything a little, I remembered that delicious baked chicken she made months ago, then she asked us Why do not we bake chicken?, it was an idea that seemed to me very but very well, then my boyfriend and I went out to buy everything we needed and being in the supermarket, I told her to share with the family this delicious lunch, I called my mother in law, to tell her what I thought, since it was her house and she is the one in charge, to which she said yes, we should buy double what we thought, then I called my mother and she was delighted with the idea, I called my aunt, my cousin and they all came to my mother in law's house, a friend of the family also went.
We arrived with the shopping and got ready to help my mother-in-law in the kitchen, while she prepared the chicken, we took care of preparing the salad and rolls; cooking with the family is another level, it is a lot of joy, laughter, jokes, I had such a good time that I forgot to take many pictures, but I hope you like the ones I took.
I love to walk the patio of my mother-in-law's house, it is very natural, fresh and beautiful, I took advantage of a lapse of time while the chicken was baking, to walk with my mother and godchildren around the patio.
It was time to eat, we set the table, we all sat down, we thanked GOD for this family lunch, and I tell you, it was the best plate of food I have been able to taste this week and this month, very delicious, my mother-in-law cooked very well, I am learning a lot from her, besides being accompanied by my family, makes the food have that familiar and homey touch; of course, Rose “my dog” could not miss it.
It was a great moment that we shared, delicious lunch with very good company, we were all satisfied and happy; we spent some more time sharing and then we went to take the family to their homes, to return to settle in and rest.
