Hello Hivers, how are you doing today? Thank God it's Thursday and I am going to continue the family gatherings writing part 2!! Yeay!! I am so excited and I hope you are too! ^^ Those who haven't followed part 1 can check it directly here
Next, the second game is the balloon game. So we were told to line up again, and the person in front was told to take the balloon and put it on his back then give it to the person behind him and had to hold the balloon so it wouldn't fall. So between each body there is a balloon that must be sandwiched and must not fall. For the second game, it was a bit difficult because I was tired of having to walk slowly and make sure the balloon didn't fall. However, the struggle was not in vain because my group won again. Yeay!! My legs feel a little sore.
I didn't take part in the third game because only a few people from the group were selected. The third game is a game of moving plastic cups using raffia rope. So there is 1 plastic cup in the middle tied with a rope and then people are told to hold the ropes that tie the plastic cup. Then move the plastic cups with a rope and stack them. So this game has to be compact and fast!
It's a shame that they had an argument because in the middle of the game there was a slight misunderstanding. It was funny, uh? We were only playing games and we debated. Hahaha. However, in the end our group was declared victorious and won this game. We who won 1st place received shopping vouchers worth 25 thousand rupiah each. Meanwhile, the 2nd winner also received prizes. They got plates and pudding molds. The event was really exciting, wasn't it!
This is the second game, a balloon game that must be flanked and cannot fall and my team wins.
This last game is a game of plastic cups and raffia rope which are moved and arranged. This time there was a little debate about who won and who lost but in the end my team was the winner. yeay!
This is my team, the champion! and we got shopping voucher 25 thousand rupiahs for each.
This is the other team, the second place. They got a red plate. hahaa
After the games, we had free time. It was time to shower, relax and eat snacks. There are snacks of toast and fried bananas. The parents made it. While relaxing, I had time to do karaoke with my siblings and my children also joined in singing and dancing. We really enjoyed our time together.
It was still free time, I saw my son and my husband playing ping pong and billiards because those facilities were provided there. Interesting huh! This is a sport for boys who will definitely like it too. I can't do both. So I just had to watch it. They looked very happy and enjoyed it.
Fun and quality free time, the boys spent their time playing billiards and ping pong at the villa. They seem to be enjoying the game together and this is quite relaxing. Because I'm not very skilled at this so I'm just a spectator and supporter, hehehe
After that, it didn't feel like it was night. We spent time talking. I put my child to sleep first then joined in chatting with my cousins in the main room. We discussed many things, about spirituality, God, church, humans, the mysteries of life, yes, about deep talk. We had a lot of discussions about life, which currently has a lot of problems, also about the purpose of life, about Christianity, even the mystery of what happens after we die. Yes, we share our thoughts and each other's points of view. We talked until late at night and I decided to sleep first because I was no longer strong enough to be literate. Haha. Because it was already 12 o'clock at night while they were still continuing their conversation which they said would last until 2 o'clock at night. Wow!
We slept in 1 room which was quite large and there we slept with family members. There are my aunts, cousins and my mother. So specifically in that room the girls all slept there while the boys slept upstairs and some in the front room. We bring folding mattresses or extra mattresses from home because the room is limited and our family has many members. Hehehe
The next day I woke up at 5 am. My son also got up and we started walking around the villa area. Don't forget there is a swimming pool there and my child really wants to swim. Even though the weather and air in the city of Batu at that time was very cold, in contrast to the city of Malang which was warmer, in Batu the air was cold like in the mountains. So when I slept last night I was cold too.
That morning my son and my husband and I had breakfast first. We ate toast and rawon rice. Only after that did my son swam with his grandmother. I didn't go swimming in the pool because I was cold so my son was with his grandmother. It didn't take long for him to swim and I immediately bathed him.
After we all showered, we took photos in the villa area. It would not be perfect if you didn't take photos because the place is very nice and luxurious. On the balcony you can also see the beautiful outside view. At night I can see the sparkling city lights from the balcony. It was very fascinating!
After taking photos, I had time to do karaoke for a while and then got ready to go home.
That's all the experience from my last weekend family gathering that I can share with you. I hope you like it and enjoy the atmosphere, vibes, and views there. Thank you also to everyone who always supports me, I really appreciate it. See you at the next family gathering again! ^^
