Good day, Hiveans! Though the temperature is not good, I hope you’re fine while reading my blog.
As I told you yesterday, last Saturday, we had visitors. My college friend and her colleague wanted to explore Tabogon. One of our topics when they arrived was their itinerary travel. Unfortunately, they did not decide on their itinerary and just focused on their goal of having a road trip in our town. They wanted me to help them to think of the travel spots. I told them that one day is not enough to visit the good places in our town, and we would try Sunday morning to check the places within a day.
Sunday is a church day for us. Saturday night, we planned at the Archdiocesan of San Vicente Ferrer in Bogo City because my friend and her colleague never tried to visit and attend the mass there. We decided on the 10 am mass to have more time for our morning rituals. But when we were doing our morning rituals, we realized that we would be late if we attended the mass in Bogo City, so using our vehicle, I decided on the mass at Capelinha De Fatima Shrine in San Remigio, Cebu because it has a 10:30 mass schedule. It will be the first destination of our road trip. Going there, our visitors are in awe to see the mountains and greenery grass beside the road. They were amazed by the concrete road of the rural area. We never tried to capture the places since we had a scheduled appointment to attend.
We arrived at the area at exactly 10:50 am, we thought that we were extremely late for the mass, but God was with us because the mass had just started. We were in a rush to attend. I think it was a blessing in disguise that we chose the Capelinha De Fatima Shrine because we witnessed the changes in the place. This will be my husband and I's first visit this year.
After the mass, the priest blessed the religious objects with holy water brought by the pilgrims. My friend wanted souvenirs from the place and decided to buy some and let the priest bless it with holy water.
My friend and her colleague had a photo opportunity to save some memories of the place. They took plenty of poses because it was there first. I told them that Capelinha De Fatima Shrine is based on a modern architectural design that made the place unique.
The plan to explore the spots of Tabogon was changed to the place of San Remigio. It was a blessing in disguise for them. They never thought that they would be able to explore the mountainous part of San Remigio and be able to visit the famous religious place.
It concludes that we might have a plan, but God has a better plan for us. Most of it we cannot understand His plan, but we need to trust the process of it.
Our day did not end in attending the mass. The goal was to have a road trip in the Northern part of Cebu. I’ll post the continuation of it in the next post.
Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.
