Yippee! My third Year on the Hive Blockchain has started.
I can only imagine what crazy and exciting times the elders of you from Hive went through. Besides a bag full of scams, boring posts and tough discussions, or aping lifesaving funds into Hive 8 years ago 😜
I heard touching stories from different fellows who have been here since day one, or close to it.
What for one is just a trial to make passive money, it's another's fruitful business, whether on a technical level or for the sake of money, or a strong foundation or paid hobby, it can be a community to many. Like-minded people to share experience and beyond. For some it is a family.
Some of you experienced quite a lot. Life-changing events and a new path.
I'm excited about what will come, and I'm happy to be a part of it.
Though I still can't see clearly what's my path, what exactly my niches on Hive are. In general, studying from the scratch. This realm and between worlds of blockchain, crypto, wallets, finances, and blogging is still a challenging path to me. But from all ventures since my take on this genre, Hive is still alive. All started and is in connection with Hive.
Actually, it started a few weeks before my encounter with Hive.
I went to México and met a guy who told me stuff about finances, about crypto, and his story. Kind of a guy in exile. His heart is on the right place, but he lost his soul in the world of scams. So I lost some money because of my lack of knowledge. I met more people from this scene and one day I met @misslasvegas.
The basic idea was to talk about NFTs that Lluna can open more doors and her art get a bigger range in reach.
She told Lluna and me about a few things, explained the NFT showroom, another project within Hive, and Hive itself.
And so it happened that two years ago, we created our first Hive account.
We started slowly, got to know some people from Hive, met MissLasVegas a few more times and became friends. About five months later, a lot changed after my first visit at HiveFest⁷. Followed by a few HiveMeetUps I took it more serious and discovered the fun of blogging.
And I felt the potential. Collecting my own stories with and within Hive. With other fellows of Hive. And share my stories outside of Hive on Hive. I'm getting closer to understand why for some people it means family.
And why Hive is an amazing project with so much more to come.
Today, on Grow&Bow's second birthday, we met @misslasvegas, marvel at her new tattoo, created by @llunasoul and spend the afternoon together. Exactly two years later after the creation, same place, same shade below coconut palms, same turquoise Caribbean. But fewer pirates.
And it's not that we were all the time around the corner. I mean, so many things happened within these two years. HiveFest⁷ in Amsterdam, projects in Berlin and Barcelona, doing the course Hangab in southern Germany and providing sessions in Switzerland and here in México, creating music and art.
What an a'mazin'g adventure! <3
Happy Birthday to Grow&Bow ^_^
