Hey Lovely People of the Family & Friends Community, I hope you all are fine and doing great. In this post, I am going to summarise the part I played in my cousin's marriage that happened at the end of February. First Thing First, The Thumbnail Picture,
So, it was a Bright day, the date was 23 February and it was the Barat Event. The marriage was of a female cousin whose brother was out of the country, It was our duty to play our part in the marriage of our cousin's sister. I got up and after having breakfast I decided to go to the Marriage Club.
First I moved to the Sitting place, where the workers/decorators were working to decorate the hall. Here are some pictures of the sitting Hall. You can see the decorators are decorating the sitting place of the Bride & Groom.
Here is a little story, in the picture below, you can see the two sofas, but later one sofa got removed for a reason and the reason was if there were two sofas, people other than the bride and groom would come to the stage and they will try to sit beside them and the bride & Groom will not feel comfortable.
After spending some time in the sitting, I decided to move to the cooking area. I asked the waiter for directions to the cooking area.
This was the cooking area, but it was small, and the cook decided to cook in the opening area just beside the kitchen area.
As I reached there, people working there were preparing for Steam Chicken
Preparation For Steamed Chicken.
After applying ground spices paste to the chicken, we packed them in aluminium foil. It took us more than two hours to pack them as the chicken was 75 kg.
We steamed the chicken for about 4 hours :)
Some other pictures of the events are given below. Enjoy.
