Un saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive Family And Friends!! Feliz domingo para todos. El pasado jueves 25 de agosto fue mi mi cumpleaños número 19. Quiero contarles cómo fue ese día y como logré alcanzar todos los objetivos que tenía planeados para esa fecha. Generalmente yo no la paso muy bien en mi cumpleaños, ya que los días previos sufro de muchísima ansiedad y planificar qué hacer en ese día se vuelve una completa pesadilla. Afortunadamente este año tuve el apoyo de mis amigos más cercanos, de mi pareja y de mi familia para organizar todo y no llegar a el nivel de estrés al que llego normalmente. Sin embargo durante la mañana de mi cumpleaños si tenía bastante ansiedad ya que llegan muchos mensajes felicitando y con buenas intenciones y a pesar de que uno quiere responder a todos, se va el tiempo y entre arreglarse y estar listo para salir, entonces no alcanza el tiempo para responder todos estos mensajes, al menos en mi caso.
Había planificado salir a comer con mi mamá y mis hermanos a un lugar de sushi ya que el sushi es mi comida favorita y mi mamá tenía un lugar muy bueno en mente al cual tenía mucho tiempo invitándome y por fin planificamos ir a ese lugar para el día de mi cumpleaños. Finalmente llegó la hora de prepararme para salir y encontrarme con mi mamá, lo hice lo más rápido que pude sin perder el tiempo pero además enfocándome en quedar bien arreglada. Cuando estuve lista (y mis hermanos también) pedi el taxi, llegamos un poco tarde al sitio ya que la lluvia retrasó todo.
El lugar de sushi queda en el centro comercial Altamira Village aquí en Caracas, en donde vivo, y el lugar se llama Beijing es un restaurante de comida asiática y no solamente preparan sushi sino que también en su menú incluyen comida china. A pesar de qué llegamos un poco retrasados encontramos una mesa disponible y nos sentamos para ordenar nuestra comida. Tanto a mí como a mi familia nos gusta el sushi de la misma forma entonces todos estábamos disfrutando de pasar el día alli. Cuando nos trajeron la carta había mucha variedad de sushis: picantes, tempurizados, al frío, con camarones, con pulpo, aguacate e incluso plátano. Me sentí muy contenta pero a la vez nerviosa de escoger un platillo que no me gustara tanto. Cada uno de nosotros escogió una ración de 12 sushis y escogimos entre fríos y tempurizados, mi hermano escogió uno que estaba un poco picante y estaba muy muy muy rico. Además de bebida, mi mamá y yo decidimos tomar una limonada de hierbabuena y mis hermanos decidieron tomar té de durazno. El servicio fue bastante bonito e incluso me cantaron un pequeño cumpleaños al traer los sushis ya que mi mamá se encargó de informarles que era mi cumpleaños, la verdad me dio un poco de vergüenza ya que todo el mundo nos veía pero fue bastante agradable.
Al terminar de comer caminamos un rato por el centro comercial que es bastante pequeño y vimos varias tiendas super lindas.
Decidimos caminar hacia un sitio de postres llamado Canel qué quedaba muy cerca de el centro comercial en el que estábamos comiendo, allí compramos mi torta. Ese lugar se especializa en preparar cheesecakes pero no solamente es un sitio de postres sino que también tienen desayunos y almuerzos. Yo decidí comprar un Cheesecake de marquesa de limón que estaba delicioso. Ahí en Canel cantamos el verdadero cumpleaños con la vela y la torta y cuando estábamos en Canel llegó en mi pareja para acompañarnos a picar la torta, pedimos unos jugos naturales y pasamos un buen rato.
Luego de cantar el cumpleaños decidimos salir a caminar por chacao y mi hermana mi mamá y yo nos tomamos unas lindas fotos junto a una fuente que tenía unos colores muy lindos, los colores de la bandera.
Cuándo volví a casa esa noche me sentí plenamente satisfecha y realizada, debido a que el día de mi cumpleaños fue todo lo que había querido y más. la pasé muy bien con mi mamá y mis hermanos, con mi pareja y además pude comer muchas cosas ricas que me dejaron completamente feliz. espero que cada cumpleaños se cumpla perfectamente igual que este además me siento muy agradecida debido a que los cumpleaños previos no la había podido pasar tan bien por inestabilidades económicas y además por la situación pandemia, sin embargo este cumpleaños fue perfecto y quedé bastante feliz.

I want to tell you how was that day and how I managed to achieve all the goals I had planned for that date. I usually don't have a good time on my birthday, since the days before I suffer from a lot of anxiety and planning what to do on that day becomes a complete nightmare. Fortunately this year I had the support of my closest friends, my partner and my family to organize everything and not get to the level of stress I normally get to. However, during the morning of my birthday I was quite anxious because I received many messages with congratulations and good intentions and even though you want to respond to all of them, time is running out and between getting ready to go out, there is not enough time to answer all these messages, at least in my case.
I had planned to go out to eat with my mom and my brothers to a sushi place since sushi is my favorite food and my mom had a very good place in mind that she had been inviting me to for a long time and we finally planned to go to that place for my birthday. Finally it was time to get ready to go out and meet my mom, I did it as fast as I could without wasting time but also focusing on being well groomed. When I was ready (and my brothers too) I asked for the cab, we arrived a little late to the place since the rain delayed everything.
The sushi place is in the shopping center Altamira Village here in Caracas, where I live, and the place is called Beijing is an Asian food restaurant and they not only prepare sushi but also include Chinese food in their menu. Although we arrived a little late we found an available table and sat down to order our food. Both me and my family like sushi equally so we were all enjoying spending the day there. When they brought us the menu there was a lot of variety of sushi: spicy, tempura, cold, shrimp, octopus, avocado and even banana. I was very happy but at the same time nervous about choosing a dish that I didn't like so much. Each of us chose a portion of 12 sushis and we chose between cold and tempura, my brother chose one that was a little spicy and it was very very very very tasty. In addition to drink, my mom and I decided to have a mint lemonade and my brothers decided to have peach tea. The service was quite nice and they even sang me a little birthday song when they brought the sushi as my mom took it upon herself to inform them that it was my birthday, I was actually a little embarrassed as everyone was watching us but it was quite nice.
After lunch we walked around the shopping mall for a while, which is quite small and we saw several super nice stores.
We decided to walk to a dessert place called Canel which was very close to the mall where we were eating, there we bought my cake. That place specializes in preparing cheesecakes but it is not only a dessert place, they also have breakfast and lunch. I decided to buy a lemon marquise cheesecake that was delicious. There in Canel we sang the real birthday with the candle and the cake and when we were in Canel my partner arrived to join us to nibble the cake, we ordered some natural juices and had a good time.
After singing the birthday we decided to go for a walk around Chacao and my sister, my mom and I took some nice pictures next to a fountain that had some very nice colors, the colors of the flag.
When I returned home that night I felt fully satisfied and fulfilled, because the day of my birthday was everything I had wanted and more. I had a great time with my mom and my siblings, with my partner and I was able to eat many delicious things that left me completely happy. I hope that every birthday is perfectly fulfilled like this one and I feel very grateful because the previous birthdays I had not been able to spend so well due to economic instability and also because of the pandemic situation, but this birthday was perfect and I was quite happy.
