Ayer les publiqué un post donde les contaba los cambios que estaba haciendo en mi cuarto donde practico pole dance para convertirlo en un estudio y que tuviese un visual más agradable. Les dije que el próximo paso sería cambiar el color de las paredes, que aunque es bonito, no me parece que combine con un estudio de pole. Además toda la casa está pintada de amarillo en diferentes tonalidades y eso no me gusta.
Previamente había pensado en qué colores me gustarían y había elegido fucsia y púrpura. Después de elegir los colores me puse a pensar cómo podría cambiarle el color que no fuese pintando. Se me ocurrió utilizar tnt (tecido no tecido), un material que venden aquí, la traducción es tela que no es tela. Está fabricado de polipropileno y tiene cierta movilidad que no llega a ser tanta como la de una tela.
Yesterday I published a post where I told you about the changes I was making in my room where I practice pole dance to turn it into a studio and have a more pleasant visual. I told you that the next step would be to change the color of the walls, which although it is nice, I don't think it matches a pole studio. Besides, the whole house is painted yellow in different shades and I don't like that.
I had previously thought about what colors I would like and I had chosen fuchsia and purple. After choosing the colors I started to think about how I could change the color that I wasn't painting. I came up with tnt (tecido no tecido), a material that they sell here, the translation is fabric that is not fabric. It is made of polypropylene and has a certain mobility that is not as much as that of a fabric.
Luego investigué un poco a ver si ya habían personas que hubiesen hecho esto y encontré un montón de videos. En ellos las personas pegaban el tnt en la pared con pega escolar, quedaba muy bien. El problema para hacerlo de esa forma es que mi pared es de madera y está pintada con pintura de aceite, por lo que no consideré usar esa técnica. Pero en vez de pensar que el material sería una desventaja lo usé como una ventaja, así que compré chinches y fijé el tnt en la pared. Esto me va a permitir quitarlo y cambiarlo si así lo quiero.
Then I did some research to see if there were people who had already done this and I found a lot of videos. In them people stuck the tnt on the wall with school glue, it looked very nice. The problem with doing it that way is that my wall is wood and painted with oil paint, so I didn't consider using that technique. But instead of thinking that the material would be a disadvantage, I used it as an advantage, so I bought some bedbugs and fixed the tnt on the wall. This will allow me to remove it and change it if I want to.
En cuanto a los colores, no conseguí el morado, sólo conseguí un rosado fuerte. Como era algo que quería terminar en las vacaciones, compré el rosado fuerte. Para ejecutar mi reforma aproveché el día de hoy, mi hija está de visita en casa de su papá y podría colocar el tnt sin distracciones. Mientras iba arreglando e iba viendo el cambio el ánimo me iba subiendo y las energías del cuarto sentían que cambiaban. Es increíble como este tipo de cambios te recargan las energías muchísimo. Fue un cambio sencillo que no implicó mucho trabajo, pero el resultado me pareció muy bueno.
As for the colors, I didn't get the purple, I only got a hot pink. Since it was something I wanted to finish during the vacations, I bought the hot pink. To execute my renovation I took advantage of today, my daughter is visiting her dad's house and I could place the tnt without distractions. As I was arranging and seeing the change, my spirits were rising and the energies in the room felt like they were changing. It's amazing how this kind of change recharges your energy a lot. It was a simple change that did not involve a lot of work, but the result seemed very good to me.
El único punto negativo que le veo al tnt que compré es que es muy clarito y se transparenta un poco. Mi plan era ponerlo doble, pero por un error de cálculo compré menos y sólo pude hacer una capa. Igual creo que se ve bien y cumple con el objetivo inicial que era cambiar el color del estudio.
The only negative point I see in the tnt I bought is that it is very clear and it is a little transparent. My plan was to double it, but due to a miscalculation I bought less and I could only do one layer. I still think it looks good and fulfills the initial objective which was to change the color of the studio.
Además coloqué un espejo pequeño en frente de la barra para poder evaluar las figuras que haga. En un futuro quién sabe si me compre uno mayor. También coloqué una mesita que servirá de apoyo para el celular y de donde se realizaron las grabaciones y se sacarán las fotos. Esto del pole dance lo estoy tomando como un proyecto muy serio. Por último les hice dos vídeos para probar como quedaba el ángulo de grabación. Espero que les haya gustado esta transformación y hasta un próximo post.
I also placed a small mirror in front of the bar to be able to evaluate the figures I make. In the future, who knows if I will buy a bigger one. I also placed a small table that will serve as a support for the cell phone and where the recordings were made and the photos will be taken. I am taking this pole dance as a very serious project.
