Mi hogar es hermoso. Construirlo desde cero (cuando solo era un terreno con maleza) a lo que tengo hoy, me hace amarlo todos los días del mundo. Sin embargo, no me puedo engañar; así como en el cuerpo y nuestras vidas, el hogar necesita un cuidado y mantenimiento constante para conservarlo de manera óptima y podamos habitar en él.
Y ojo, no hablo de cambiarles los muebles todos los años o comprarse el televisor de moda, hablo de comodidad y confort con los espacios adecuados y operativos, ¿me entienden? En mi caso, yo no vivo pendiente de lo material, siempre que los equipo cumplan las funciones para las que fueron hechas, yo me enfoco más en un techo que no se moje, un baño limpio y sin goteo, un piso limpio, una puerta que cierre... Esto obviamente implica dinero, tiempo y conocimiento. Tengo dos de ellos ¡Adivinen cuál me faltaba! 🤣.

However, I can't fool myself; just as in the body and our lives, the home needs constant care and maintenance to keep it at its best so we can live in it. And mind you, I'm not talking about changing the furniture every year or buying the latest TV, I'm talking about comfort and convenience with adequate and operative spaces, you know what I mean? In my case, I do not live pending of the material, as long as the equipment fulfills the functions for which they were made, I focus more on a roof that does not get wet, a clean bathroom without dripping, a clean floor, a door that closes .... This obviously involves money, time and knowledge. I have two of them Guess which one I was missing! 🤣.
Bueno, en mi hogar actualmente tengo varios problemas:
1. El que pienso más importante a atacar es el techo. Poseo machimbrado y se me está mojando. Necesito productos para cubrirlo, repararlo y que no se moje la madera porque cambiarlo o reponerlo es impensable 💲.
Por otro lado, en el interior el techo está desgastado, por lo que necesita barniz y los tubos que sostienen su peso, también necesitan pintura para dejarlo hermoso como en algún momento fue.
2 Las paredes. En la urbanización, el problema de la humedad es muy evidente porque vivimos cerca del río y todas las casas están sobre él, por lo que luchar o vivir con esto ha sido un reto; prefiero luchar. En muchas oportunidades, he colocado pasta profesional sin éxito, así que debo utilizar un producto más profesional y que elimine el problema de raíz.
También, las paredes por manipulación están manchadas, salpicadas de grasa y cuando las hicieron no las empastaron bien, por lo que necesitan un mejor trabajo, sobre todo de acabado.
3 Piso. En su momento alabé el microcemento porque los trabajos los había visto ¡Hermosos! Sin embargo, el señor que me lo aplicó lo hizo mal y después de varios años está agrietado, cuarteado, algunos pedazos caídos, por lo que debo cambiarlo ¡URGENTEMENTE!
He pensado en la cerámica, pero el hecho de romper, mover, y comprar estoy pensando en otras opciones más económicas y que no implique tanta movedera como un sobrepiso o reparar las grietas ¡Veremos!
4 Puerta. Mi puerta es de seguridad y está en óptimas condiciones, PERO el sol, agua y viento la tienen oxidada. Debo hacerle su arreglo, pintarla y ahora "no debo pegar nada en ella que la dañe" (chiste interno de no andar inventando con la puerta).
5 Cocina. Tengo el área destinada para ella (porque si no, no comiera), pero debo hacer sus gabinetes, mesón, empotrar la cocina, comprar su campana y arreglar bien esa área. Tampoco tengo fregadero, por lo que esa área es importante para tener una cocina completa y funcional.
Otras cosas que debo agregar son unos arreglos al baño como poner algunos gaveteros, cortinas o puerta nuevas, algunos adornos que ayuden a renovar esos espacios; en el caso del lavandero, limpiar, acomodar, colocar muebles y si sigo, no terminamos hoy.

I have thought about ceramics, but the fact of breaking, moving, and buying I am thinking about other more economical options and that does not involve so much movedera as an overlay or repair the cracks We'll see! Door. My door is a security door and is in good condition, BUT the sun, water and wind have it rusted. I have to fix it, paint it and now “I must not stick anything on it that will damage it” (inside joke not to make up with the door). Kitchen. I have the area destined for it (because if I didn't, I wouldn't eat), but I must make its cabinets, countertop, build in the stove, buy its hood and fix that area well. I don't have a sink either, so that area is important to have a complete and functional kitchen. Other things I must add are some repairs to the bathroom like putting some drawers, curtains or new door, some ornaments that help to renew those spaces; in the case of the laundry room, clean, arrange, place furniture and if I continue, we will not finish today.
