Farther Not Faster!

Who do you think will start to see results first? Someone who took the ordinary path? Or someone who created his own?

Of course, the person who took the ordinary way will start to see results first, and they might think they're winning in life then, but I think it's not about who gets there faster, but rather who gets farther!

If I took a regular job, and you started your own business, who'd get paid first? It's definitely me! While you'll be struggling to develop your business model, I'd have got at least my first paycheck, while I have a clear path you'd be still figuring out your own.

I'll certainly get paid, and you might or might not succeed in starting and maintaining your business, and making your first penny.

But, after twenty years, where would we be? Who would have more financial freedom and security?

It's perfectly fine to have a fixed job if you're focusing on different aspects of life, like having a happy family, providing for your loved ones, but what I wanted to make clear is; it's normal for the extraordinary person to suffer more, to have more patience, to accept failure more often, and to be ready for any unfortunate event.

It's comfort versus growth, whatever you choose is fine, but if you aspire to live an extraordinary life, accept that it will take time, effort, an endless series of setbacks, failures.

Your own family will doubt you, your closest people won't believe in you, and that's just a part of the process.

It's not who gets there first, it's who gets farther.

Hope you needed to hear this so you can stop doubting yourself, and aim high!

True that! Someone who has decided to take the highway would always have a lot of trouble and a lot to overcome. Not someone who is being paid a salary. Nice boost of energy for a Tuesday Morn 😉

Exactly! Glad you liked it
