My younger cousin who studies in class 3 was telling me a few days back that he didn't understand half of his test of English and he left the paper but her teacher solved the whole paper by herself.
And today when his result came, I was surprised to see full marks in his test. Her teacher give him a first position.
How today's some teachers are playing with children's future so easily. I found out that the teachers were teaching the children by grouping them in the class.

- Group B
- Group C
Group A:
Group A students are given more preference. Because maybe they are more intelligent and teachers focus more on them. Because in the eyes of teachers, the image of their school has to be made good, so they give more importance to worthy students. They are taught lessons at separate times. They are tested separately and given extra time in secret from the rest of the class.
Group B:
Group B consists of students who are neither very intelligent nor very incompetent. Teachers pay little attention to them.
Group C:
While group C students are not given attention. Teachers know that these student are not good readers because their minds are not able to memorize lesson as quickly as compare to other students. So they leave such students to fend for themselves. And those students are just wasting time by going to school. And their family feels that their child is in careful hands where he is being enlightened by the light of knowledge.
In my view, a successful teacher is the one who makes an unworthy/weak student an average student. Do you agree with me?
How some teachers are playing with children's future. Let me revise it a bit.
This is the age for children to learn the basics from class one to class five. When some teachers show such incompetence and give positions to students by solving their papers by themselves, it is playing with the future of the students. This is the age of students to learn. If the teachers teach the students the basics in the starting, it will be easier for the students to understand the topics in the future. But when the teachers are doing all these things with them, then there is no fault of the students.
Ways to handle weak students:
Mentality level:
I think a teacher should read the mentality of the student to see what kind of child he is. If he is not able to prepare his test, then what method should be adopted so that the child starts paying attention to studies. The teacher should understand that every child's mentality is different.
Not be punished:
By scolding a weak student looses his confidence. Some children do not remember their lessons because they are punished for small things which makes the child a fool. Try not to hurt the child's self-respect. Build confidence in the child so that he can ask any questions without any hesitation.
Appreciated:
If a weak student is memorising even 50% of his work, instead of not scolding him for not remembering 50%, praise him for having studied something at home. If a teacher encourages a weak child, the child will develop a desire to study more.
Quiz:
I think there should be a small quiz session on the homework t that is given to students so that it is easy for the child to recall his homework when he goes home.
And If these points are followed by a teacher, then many weak students may fall into the average range.
And such teachers who play with children's future should be watched by school principal. And if the principal comes to know of such a case, he should expel the teacher from the school.
