Well hello again and happy Tuesday!
Today, I am being a little bit more productive and getting more done. Hopefully...maybe?
At least the dishes are done. Okay, I'm lying...one load of dishes is done. The dishwasher is once again eyeing me accusingly while waiting to see if I will finally allow it to work only once a day. Shut up, you plate licker. 😅
The good news is that I did manage to finally transfer and start sorting through the insane amount of stuff on my phone. I also survived a rather intense session of circuits with the weights and spent at least two hours drawing, after taking a moment to say good morning to everyone on every platform. Also accidentally started cleaning the freezer. Nowhere near good enough yet, but not too bad for a day.
This drawing isn't what I have been working on today. (Peek at it on waves! 😉)
It was a fun little project, to practice the new style I am working on.
Now, for possibly only part of the fanart story. (I have created another one since the following video, but we will get to that too. We're going to eat this elephant slowly, the way you are supposed to)
Short version of the long story, which I might post once everything is done.(probably around end of this year/beginning of next)
Skipping over reasons, why, when and whatever else....I was approached about taking part in a project which essentially involves creating a few drawings for a book. It was only supposed to be two or three at most. But, this simple thing became one hell of an adventure and story. I cannot even explain it all in this post, but it has been incredible and in an unrelated, but related way, also life changing. (Yes I'm going to tease without telling anymore...yet!)
Unfortunately the video can only be uploaded via YouTube, but here we go, finally working after 40 minutes of messing around, Thanks for the help with uploading @zakludick you're the best Hive teacher!
These drawings are from January to September 2024, there are too many discuss here, but I'm pretty chatty, so feel free to throw some comments at me, I love them!
Well, I need to eat something or at least cook something for everyone else to eat later. Time is once again slipping away, but today was a good day, and with any luck, I will be going drawing supply shopping this week, so I am pretty happy.
Till next time, much love and good vibes all round!
