Our journey in life are in different stages the early stage is characterized with a strong flow of energy and high spirits .
Let's look at life journey as an athlete on the track ,the way the athlete uses his energy should depend on the kind of race he is competing in .
An important part of these is that you don't compete with other athlete but with yourself or you lose during each race you strive to beat your personal best and set targets of new personal best for yourself at every instance a new personal best should be our aim but if we get ourselves stuck trying to beat others personal best then we might end up losing our identity and forgetting who we are .Every record you see out there are from people who we solely pursuing something in front of them and what they see In front of them acts as their drive "find your drive,and follow the shadow to where it leads you to".
back to where we were before we diverged a little bit I would like to pick the finishing point for an athlete on track ,no matter the kind of race it is whether a marathon,hurdles or a Sprint the energy from the last part comes from different parts of our mind even when it feels like our body is breaking off the sight of the final line acts as extra energy and it is like you are hearing someone screaming load into your ear "just finish the race then we can talk about your body that's breaking off"
The crowd might be screaming so load but your mind is the loudest of them that is where you differentiate between a champion and someone who is still not there I won't say loser cause I believe there are no such thing as a loser but someone who is working to get there you are only a loser if you don't try .
