At this time, a lot of people have written down their goals for the year, made resolutions, and some are quite spiritual.
Every December, a number of people tend to remain focused on life, reflecting on their objectives and accomplishments. The enthusiasm then starts to wane in January and February.
Every year, we have a ton of written goals and desires before January 1st. It is now considered the standard. Many do it because others are doing it, some because they think it's ideal, and some because they actually put down a set of unrealistic goals to help them get through the year.
Unrealistic goals in the sense that they are all aware that they will be unable to attain them by the end of the year unless supernatural intervention occurs.
Establishing objectives is similar to following a roadmap for reaching aspirations, and it requires perseverance, hard effort, and dedication.
Setting goals on paper without a strategy for achieving them is pointless. For example, how can someone without a job, business, or investment plan, declare that they hope to become a billionaire by the end of the year?
Words alone won't bring ypur goals into reality, but with perseverance, self-control, diligence, and most importantly, the correct attitude, you can accomplish everything you set your mind to.
Consider putting in writing what you know is possible. Start with something small and work your way up to larger ones. An influential person's downfall is often caused by terrible character, so how about changing your negative habits?

The year has only just begun; you still have time to get on track. The enthusiasm and desire should not fade by the first quarter of the year.
The purpose of goals is not to place undue pressure on you. Examine your goals to see if they are achievable or only wishful thinking if you feel overburdened by them.
Thinking and reflecting should be a daily habit, not only for the new year.
