Greetings pupil.
There are many times in life that we came across the term withdrawal or withdrawing, right? I am not talking about the concept of taking money out nor is this post about transactions. Instead, this post is likely to touch the aspect of withdrawing from a conversation. More like, leaning back and enjoying the show or sneaking away from the conversation.
Why am I writing on this topic, on the first place? This is because, I have seen people sticking to conversations while staking their emotions, and others getting verbally violent. We do not conduct conversation for the sake of changing beliefs but instead we converse to exchange information or understand the others point of view. Getting violent and eventually getting hurt is far from its purpose.
It is important that we are aware of when to stop conversing; withdrawing from it. Withdrawing from conversation is the most easiest task whilst the most hardest for many. It will differs from people to people, obviously. So, it is very much crucial to know yourself, to know your personality. Being aware of yourself, will make it easier for you to draw the line. The line, that none can ever cross, if one does, you know you have to withdraw.
"A healthy conversation with enlighten your day, while a bruised conversation will ruin your night."
About the lines mentioned above in bold and italics, if you start your day in a good mood it will impact the whole day including the night, which means you will eventually have a good night sleep too. In contrast, if your mood is ruined in any part of the day, then it will definitely impact your night sleep, causing you to have a disturbed sleep.
I won't be stretching this topic much longer. Withdrawal is the process of withdrawing from something, therefore, withdraw from conversations which is toxic to you. Withdraw from things that make you uncomfortable. This is one life that we got, we gotta keep it simple and be healthy.
