Life is sometimes very frustrating, no one has to blame but yours truly who seeks things to make it better. You need to work hard day by day for a better future to come. However, sometimes it pushes you down that leads to desperation. Life then becomes stressful that sometimes just by thinking of it you’d think you won’t be able to breathe. What’s worse is when anxiety takes over. That’s why you need a break, you need a breather to stop things from worsening.
There might be other options but taking a vacation is the most effective one, but only if you leave what worries you and what’s bothering you. If you go for a vacation you should only think about how to enjoy yourself and how to entertain yourself. Find a place that makes you feel better and makes you relax. You need those to replenish the energy that drains from doing almost everything.
It might sound just a waste of money for others but not for you. This is just a reward from everything you have done. This time you don’t need to pressure yourself because of the time that is running without doing anything. Just like in a week, you need the weekend to have a rest. Although, staying at home is just almost the same, the vibe and environment. So leaving in the same place you’ve been in everyday is like finding solace but not an escape.
A beach is one of the suited places for relaxation. Its ambience, and its view are giving you a calm feeling and a peaceful mind; Which is a good thing for someone who wants an amazing time. The waves that wash away all the heartaches and mournful thoughts. The vast ocean that will sail your mind to have a journey through imagination will empty your suffering. Being on a beach alone is already enough to remember that you’ve been living a beautiful life so you don’t need to keep sulking.
Then tell yourself over and over again. “You’re doing amazing despite everything, so be grateful to life instead of complaining.”
