For one we all pay, but we can not continue to let it happen.

Greetings friends here in this community, before making this publication, I read about what we can publish here, in that I was inspired by this reflection that I share with you.

For years there have always been said more bad than good things about some people, let's say professionals, those who exercise some profession for which they studied, prepared and trained, there are some who do excellent in their field of work, but unfortunately it is not so.

First in the field of teaching because my mother was a teacher, my grandmother, both retired, but I don't know about my grandmother, but I do know about my mother, she was a selfless teacher inside and outside the school, there are still male and female students that when we leave the school they greet her, they hug her, that means that my mother earned that with her work, and that makes me feel proud of my mother.

Now in my personal case, I am currently studying nursing, where those who give us classes are nurses with more time, in fact I have already done some internships, at first it was not what I really wanted, because I wanted was medicine, but I went for nursing so I assumed, trying to give the best of me to be a good nurse, but I have noticed when we are in internships, that the other nurses who are not teachers, treat us badly, as if we were going to take their work, which is not so, we are going to learn.

Nursing as well as any other profession that has to do with being in daily contact with people, we must be empathetic, helpful, kind, because who wants to be sick, nobody!

For that reason, when a professional in any professional in their work, does it badly: they arrive late, treat people badly, are not empathetic, they believe that then the majority are also so, it can not be that then for a minority, pay a majority, that if they love their profession, performs with good ethics, then they see us badly or put us in any part.

You have to have or be humanitarian, we all do not know when we will need someone else, or just do your job, if that is why you decided to study this profession do it, take care of it.

Recently in the maternity ward I had to give a talk on breastfeeding, in one of the rooms I saw a delicate situation, a family was crying for the loss of the baby that had just been born, how can I give a talk there, above the pain of that family? I told the teacher about the situation and she told me that she was right, as in this case, there are many cases of people who are alone in the hospital, that the family is far away, nothing takes away from accompanying them for a while, talking to them, making them feel good for a moment.

So I have been awakening more in my love for my profession, excited, and next semester the internships will be at night, if making rounds, tell me if I get in emergency, we'll see and surely you will know it here.

All images free of author, with their links, since we are not allowed to take pictures, which I would have liked very much, but if it is within the rules must be respertarlas.

My own content, from my experience in my internships and reflections on what I have been seeing.

Thank you for your visit.
