Hello friends, good evening to you all. Hope you all are doing well. There are five brief things that this my post is focused on that will help us to be healthy emotionally and psychologically.
- Do the things that makes you happy provided that it won't affect other people's lives Doing the things that makes you happy without altering other people's convince will really make you to be healthy emotionally and psychologically.
- Cultivate the quality of spending on yourself Spending on yourself will equally boost your emotionally well-being and at the same time, you are equally teaching others on how to care for you or spend on you.
- Avoid being dependent and relying on promises Being dependent can bring you a set back once the person whom you depend on is having issues such as finacial or medical issues that's tying him or her down while relying on promises can lead to downheartedness once the promises is unfulfilled or delayed there by leading to psychological and emotional unhealthy.
- Avoid Narcissists These are people who rejoices in your sorrow, these set of people will always cast down good things that you have and equally wedge your forthcoming progress to make sure that you're always sad.
- Know your limitations knowing what you can do will help you draw plans within your power limits and equally be able to complete the particular task on the plan there by reducing work load for yourself.
- Draw your scale of preference according to your income and focus on it without crossing the line of your budget. This one is self-explanatory.
- Save for your rainy days do not eat all for eating all will leave you with nothing but prone to danger during unforseen occurrences such as accidental health issues or disaster strikings.
Applying this things will help you to be psychologically and emotionally healthy and equally try a new personality in other to be in a different life. I love you all.
