Successful people invest in their time while unsuccessful people waste time.
This morning I was doing some thinking about time management, and I realized that a lot of people don't know how to prioritize their time.
This thought was stemmed from a message I received from someone, inviting herself over to my house after church today. It's not like I am against her or the other person's coming to visit me. I welcome visitors to my house, and I so much value connections, but this particular lady in question has a habit that has struck a chord in me.
She has this habit of visiting different people in a day while she has an overwhelming responsibility and task to attend to. She's a fashion designer; she already has a lot on her plate. Her customers are complaining about her lack of discipline and not keeping up with time.
This lady is very good; her hands are blessed, but yet she consistently prioritizes moving from one house to the other, checking up on people and wasting her precious time.
I have also noticed some people are like that; they struggle with prioritizing their time effectively. In our world today, it's so easy to get caught up with different unnecessary activities that waste one's time.
For one to be able to manage their time effectively, then you need to identify what your core priorities are. Set realistic goals and consistently work towards them.
