As soon as I feel stress or worry, I stop for a few minutes to take a breath and put what is troubling me in its rightful place. Being aware that nothing is as important as it seems to me when I worry is a great relief.
I was watching a video on the topic of "nothing is personal"... Even when it looks like it is, it's not...
This guy is a bit weird (when you watch it for the first time), but I like his videos... and he has some great videos... Give him a chance... :)
