By conveying our deeper thoughts on Hive, we can uplift and support each other across the blockchain. This week we had some wonderful authors visit to share their life reflections, wisdom, and snapshots of their experience on this rock with us.
No matter if they have responded to our weekly prompt, or posted on their own topics, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate thoughtfulness on chain! We hope you will consider taking the time to check their writing out and support their work! You may even make a new friend. ✌️
Relations: An Interesting Perspective by @brosonleo
There are so many differences between men and women, in case you have not noticed the glaring truth, and I find it interesting how much some people just want to argue about this. It is always so predictable how someone, especially a young person, would want to argue with someone with more experience and who has lived longer to see the world turn on its head. That is just the world we live in now I guess; everyone always has something to say especially when he or she feel they are smarter than anyone else. I have been noticing a trend as of late though. I will not say it is thanks to social media because I am hardly ever there, but I do stumble across gossip sites (thanks to pop up ads) and they always start with the most bizarre headline
Thoughtful Thursday Prompt #10 //“Pay it...”// by @mercmarg
Excellent week for all, thanks to @wesphilbin for these reflections that he proposes. It's a way to get closer to ourselves and listen to ourselves in the face of certain situations. “Pay it... ” This is something we see every day. Whether it's on social media or in our cities, when people pay for the food of those who come after them
Being a criminal is not a choice by @intishar
Criminals are the threat for society as well as for the nation, and they are the obstacles on the way of development of a nation. They are the ones who create or cause chaos and don’t allow general people to enjoy a peaceful life. In a nation, there are laws for crimes, and they receive punishment based on their crime. Criminals should receive punishment, and that’s the law, and that helps to control the crime rate and establish peace in a society as well as in a country. What makes humans into criminals?
Paying Forward To A Depressed Person by @repayme4568
The people we should pay forward to are the ones who feels depressed like things are not going quite well in their life, and when we find someone who has this thoughts, it will be very good for us to give them our time, till they change that state of mind and believed in their self once again. Honestly, I have encountered something like this with someone I know, and what happens was that, he hardly accept to met with me, each time I asked him we should meet, and have times together, he would dodge and change the topic. I was not thinking about why he might be doing that, but later on, it became out of control and I could not bear his reactions but to gave it some reasoning, there were times I thought about it like, "if I have done him something wrong ? because, I was not seeing reasons why he would be avoiding me, even as playful and nice I am to him. Therefore, this particular day, I stepped out to buy some fruits, there I met with his neighbor, we exchanged plassantry's and I asked the guy if my friend was around, he told me that he saw him last night, but he hasn't seen him that afternoon
Hot Week | What A Smile Can Do by @arrliinn
Hot Week It's been a helluva week. As in super hot and humid the humidity even went past 80%. You know that kind where you don't need to do anything, just stand outside and you'll be soaking wet within a minute that kind. There were even mornings when we wake up to a flooded doorstep because of all the moisture that accumulated on our glass door. Khalifa Street, Abu Dhabi
Esp/Eng Mi jardín es lo mejor para mí, porque me ha costado esfuerzo ☺️💐/ My garden is the best for me, because it has cost me a lot of effort 😊💐. by @yessi08

"The grass is always greener, on the other side of the fence" ...Uhmm Not always!... || Thoughtful Thursday Prompt #9 [ENG-ESP] by @marilour
"The grass is always greener, on the other side of the fence" ... Uhmm Not always! ... As every week the ThoughtfulDailyPost team invites us to reflect on situations of daily life, I particularly enjoy these discursive gatherings, because they represent a valuable opportunity to rethink the actions in my journey and unison, to know in the interaction other protagonist looks, becoming an enriched fabric of events, as a life experience. At every moment of my walk, I thank and value, again and again, the opportunity to have life to exist and to be able to live
Thoughtful Sunday: Embracing Life's Precious Moments plus My Power-up #HPUD #HPUM by @aideleijoie
This Sunday has been particularly poignant, marked by reflections on the fragility and value of life. Last night, we attended two funerals that starkly reminded us of the inevitability of our mortality and the importance of cherishing each moment we have. One of those we laid to rest was a cherished colleague, just 57 years old. Her death, caused by breast cancer, was a profound shock. She had kept her illness private, not wanting to burden others with her suffering
The Paradox of Connectivity: Is Technology Bringing Us Closer or Driving Us Apart? by @drhakam
Hi. I have been thinking about what to write and I have been surfing on the internet for that for hours. This happens to me when I go brainless. I realized that I have been using my cell phone for hours. My screen time is going up with each passing day
