Thoughtful Daily Post Curation Compilation #3

in #hive-1092883 months ago

By conveying our deeper thoughts on Hive, we can uplift and support each other across the blockchain. This week we had some wonderful authors visit to share their life reflections, wisdom, and snapshots of their experience on this rock with us.

No matter if they have responded to our weekly prompt, or posted on their own topics, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate thoughtfulness on chain! We hope you will consider taking the time to check their writing out and support their work! You may even make a new friend. ✌️

Mi Diario: 16 junio 2024 // My Diary: June 16 2024 by @palomap3

Hola, querido hiver.

Adventures In Homesteading (Day 16) by @jacobpeacock

Hello Everyone! Some late night writing, Oh the whining, As weird as the rest of them, Gulch explorations, Moving the cellular repeater & Electric is nice! Alright, it is very late at night but somehow I managed to rouse myself from bed... hike across the property to my writing tent... climb up into it

1on1 Meeting To Self Reflections by @wittyzell

The other day the new HR wanted to have a 1on1 meeting with all members of the development team. He's not really entirely new anymore but he started working in the company this year. I didn't have any opportunities to speak to him, because if I need something from HR, I would talk to the other HR who's been with the company for long. So I was surprised when he proposed a 1on1 meeting. What could be this talk that my calendar was blocked for an hour?

Something New. by @balikis95

Curiosity is part of humans. It is one thing that keeps us going, especially during crucial times. We want to know this and that, and by being curious, we would be able to gather knowledge/lessons which turns out to be experiences as we journey in life not just for us but to be able to teach others as well. I have always been curious about a lot of things and seeking knowledge the best way I find and doing that has made me learn so much. Though I am still lacking in some ways, it isn't going to stop me

Mixing with the Old by @minhajulmredol

They say, “Old is Gold” but to me, it's always been something that bugs me if there is something backdated that might backfire or create disputes later. They have their own point of view to look at them and I do also have my opinion to establish the thought. It's normal, we all have our own thoughts and opinions based on our own experiences and understandings. I am learning and researching in the tech field and we all know how fast things are growing there. One month of break would seem like we have missed a lot, lagged behind, and couldn’t keep pace with the progressive world

Meeting Me by @nurseanne84

Growing up in an Asian household, I got my fair share of lovestories, telenovelas where the hero/ heroine will fall in love, on the process make changes in their counterpart's appearance or life, then they will live happily ever after. Case in point if you are from the Philippines and grew up in the 90s: Betty La Fea, Marimar, Jezebel, Mara Clara and other similar stories on print or TV. People used to binge watch them, fall in love and sometimes hope that same things happen to them in their daily lives. copyright by pixabay I did prayed and hoped that someday, I am going to meet a person who will love me for me, make my life better and improve some aspects of my life. It did not happen

A deep and hurtful denial. by @ijebest

Life is loaded with so many ups and downs. Disappoitments do occur, abusive reactions, shocking and surprises too. Those are part and percil of life. Majority of someone's good wills in most cases had turned against them. Some unfortunate ones have died in the process of helping others to have good taste of life in one way or the other

Subtle hints by @dreamingirwin

They say that truth is neither good nor bad. It's just truth. I've heard different personalities talking about the shrinking supply of goods here in the U.S. The speakers were poking fun at the different techniques stores are using to disguise the change from their customers. As a Dasher, and delivery shopper I get to see it first hand. Honestly I wouldn't have noticed it, if I wasn't paying attention

Thought from within by @omobolanle1

I grew up hearing this statement of 'different strokes for different folks'. I understand it better now that I am an adult and growing up. Sometimes, what turns you off is a turn on for another person. There is what I like that some other people may abhor. Physical appearance is what everyone usually looks out for, everybody wants to look good as much as they can

What is the difference between heaven and hell? by @mulik369

A very big industrialist, whose name was talked about in the whole country. Not only in the country but abroad too, he was known as a rich man. One day he went to a saint, and along with his PA, servants, and all the entourage, he reached the saint's ashram. There was the same rich man's arrogance and pride in his gait. But when the saint came in front of him, he bowed a little, but even in that bowing, there was a bit of arrogance
