We all have various and very different ways of approaching life, we respond to experiences quite differently and that’s why we are all unique, some more than others. I bet you that the reason someone’s memory lingers especially if you have met them just once is because they left a lasting impression; some negative and others positive. I bet the reason you don’t remember many people is because they never left an impression.
We all have an attitude and I love how that makes us all unique, however I have been thinking a lot lately and I realized that a lot of societal menaces are a result of negative attitudes. Stay with me.
Attitude is often a result of our thoughts. If I think that I am a failure, or a loser, then I am sure not going to put in the work to be better or o WIN! I have been on the more negative side of things for a long time. Its so bad that I think of all the bad things that can happen before I think of some good things. This morning I woke up and felt great, I see the best in every situation. For instance, my son always comes back hungry from school. He doesn’t like to eat so much, So its always surprising when his flask is always empty and he comes home very hungry, where did the food go?
Before now, my first line of action would be to call the school and tell the nanny to stop eating his food. Lol. I only realized this is what I would have done, after I told my husband that I will find out later from the school if he eats well. Im not sure if this really captures the change in attitude but I feel so light these days. I think positively, I think before I act or speak and I love it!
The world is watching. I know many people just want to live their lives and be happy, but people are seeing, children are learning. I would not want my children to grow up and have a negative approach at life and so it os so important to me that I have a positive attitude and approach life positively too.
