There has to be food 🥣on our table on daily basis for human existence😁.In every country of the world🇳🇬 nature has made it possible for some plants products to give us variety of edible foods for human consumption.(1) Cassava plant produces different types of foods such as Garri, cassava flour, tapioca foofoo and the popularly Abacha also known as AFRICAN Salad.This (Abacha or Afrcan salad) is processed by peeling the cassava tuber, boiling the tuber and slicing the tuber, soaked in water overnight and then washed and dried up in the 🌞 sunshine and when dried it is well preserved to be prepared as one likes . The Abacha has created business opportunity for some women who now prepares the Abacha for consumption garnished with veggies and then join other food vendors to sell it to those who are in need of it In my own area it is mainly sold from the afternoon time. Those who enjoy the abacha always 💜 look for the vendors to buy from them 😁,it is an energy given food. So the cassava plant is a naturally endowed plant for multiple purpose .There are other plants that put food on our table eg.cocoa yam which is used for thickening and even cooked overnight to served as a special food . the importance of the gift from nature cannot be overemphasized especially that of cassava which gives us up to four or more different types of foods ♥️ 🙏 and that is nature at work
