El día de hoy realicé una mascarilla que es una súper bomba capilar sumamente eficaz que le servirá a nuestro cabello para darle brillo, suavidad y volumen. En esta receta utilicé mi aceite favorito que es el de coco, este tiene un efecto regenerador, hidratador y fortalecedor que ayuda con el crecimiento del cabello. También usé aloe vera, que, cómo se sabe, posee variadas vitaminas que revitalizan, nutren el cabello y a su vez, eliminan así poco a poco la caspa😌. Sin más que decir, por aquí les dejo el paso a paso de la receta✨.

Today I made a mask that is a super hair pump extremely effective that will serve our hair to give shine, softness and volume. In this recipe I used my favorite oil which is coconut oil, this has a regenerating, moisturizing and strengthening effect that helps with hair growth. I also used aloe vera, which, as it is known, has several vitamins that revitalize, nourish the hair and in turn, eliminate dandruff😌 little by little. Without further ado, here is the step by step recipe✨.
Para preparar la mascarilla necesitamos ingredientes que de referencia sean realmente buenos para el cuidado del cabello, son muy importantes y los más predominantes en las recetas caseras de mascarillas capilares, entre ellos están: La maizina, aceite de coco (También pueden usar aceite de Argán), aloe vera y su baño de crema diario. En este caso yo le agregué un tratamiento termoalisador que uso cada vez que me lavo el cabello para obtener mejores resultados.
To prepare the mask we need ingredients that of reference are really good for hair care, they are very important and the most predominant in homemade hair mask recipes, among them are: Cornstarch, coconut oil (You can also use Argan oil), aloe vera and your daily cream bath. In this case I added a thermo smoothing treatment that I use every time I wash my hair for better results.
Primeramente, piqué el aloe vera en varios trozos y lo puse en un recipiente con agua toda la noche para que eliminar todo el yodo que contiene. Esto con el fin de prevenir resequedad, alergias e irritaciones en el cuero cabelludo.
First, I chopped the aloe vera into several pieces and put it in a bowl of water overnight to remove all the iodine it contains. This is to prevent dryness, allergies and scalp irritation.
En un recipiente con agua disolví una cucharada de maizina y luego coloqué en la cocina una olla pequeña con una tasa de agua para hervir. Ya hervida el agua, incorporé la maizina diluida y empecé a batir hasta conseguir una mezcla espesa y transparente así como se puede visualizar en la imagen.
In a bowl with water I dissolved a spoonful of cornstarch and then I placed a small pot with a cup of water to boil in the kitchen. Once the water was boiled, I added the diluted cornstarch and began to whisk until I got a thick and transparent mixture as you can see in the picture.
En la licuadora añadí la mezcla de maizina junto con el aloe vera, estos son los ingredientes que se licuarán primero. Luego, coloqué los otros ingredientes faltantes como el baño de crema y el aceite de coco para luego volver a licuar. Cabe destacar que sí tienen cabello graso, sólo añadan una cucharada pequeña del aceite que hayan elegido para evitar que el cabello produzca mucha grasa con rapidez, esto solo provocará que la mascarilla no les dé el cambio deseado y les cueste quitársela después.
In the blender I added the cornstarch mixture along with the aloe vera, these are the ingredients that will be blended first. Then, I added the other missing ingredients such as the cream bath and the coconut oil and then blended again. It should be noted that if you have oily hair, only add a small spoonful of the oil you have chosen to prevent the hair from producing too much oil quickly, this will only cause the mask to not give you the desired change and it will be difficult to remove it later.
Ya licuados todos los ingredientes, coloqué la mascarilla en un recipiente para dejarla reposar por unos 5 minutos y luego aplicarla en el cabello durante 30 minutos para ahora proceder a lavarlo con abundante agua tibia y shampoo. Yo dividí mi cabello en partes para poder colocarla bien. No hace falta que se apliquen acondicionador ya que la mascarilla cumplió su función o mejor dicho, adoptó el papel del acondicionador.
Once all the ingredients were liquefied, I put the mask in a container to let it rest for about 5 minutes and then apply it on my hair for 30 minutes and then proceed to wash it with plenty of warm water and shampoo. I divided my hair in parts to be able to apply it well. There is no need to apply conditioner as the mask fulfilled its function or rather, it took on the role of conditioner.
Y listo!, Conseguí el resultado deseado y me dejó el cabello con muchísimo brillo y suavidad😍. Yo no soy de aplicarme diariamente mascarillas en el cabello pero debido al descuido que le tenía por cosas de la universidad y de presentaciones importantes, la situación lo ameritó para volver a darle vida y volumen a mi cabello.
