Hello friends skin care lovers, today I would like to share with you my basic routine in which I include several products to cleanse, tone and moisturize my skin, however I would like to clarify that I am not recommending any specific product, I am just sharing the information of what I use along with my experience based on the results I have obtained, but what I would like to recommend is that if you have any special condition on your face such as acne, spots or any other, the ideal is to go to a dermatologist to indicate which products you should use.
Hola amigos amantes del cuidado de la piel, hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes mi rutina básica en la cual incluyo varios productos para limpiar tonificar e hidratar mi piel, sin embargo me gustaría aclarar que no estoy recomendando ningún producto en específico, solo estoy compartiendo la información de lo que uso junto con mi experiencia en base a los resultados que he obtenido, pero lo que sí me gustaría recomendar es que si tienen alguna condición especial en el rostro como acné, manchas o cualquier otra, lo ideal es acudir con un dermatólogo para que les indiqué que productos deben usar.
The first thing I do is to clean my skin very well for which I use a coconut liquid soap, since I love the scent it has and how soft it leaves my skin, it also has a very soft bristle brush that you can use once or twice a week to exfoliate the skin and thus obtain an even deeper cleaning, since you would be getting rid of dead skin and other impurities. The soap can be used daily by applying the lather directly on your hand, but it is recommended to apply directly using the brush only twice a week.
Lo primero que hago es limpiar muy bien mi piel para lo cual uso un jabón líquido de coco, ya que me encanta el aroma que tiene y lo suave que deja mi piel, además tiene un cepillo de cerdas muy suaves que puedes usar una o dos veces por semana para exfoliar la piel y así obtener una limpieza aún más profunda, ya que te estarías deshaciendo de piel muerta y otras impurezas. El jabón se puede usar diario aplicando la espuma directamente en la mano, pero es recomendable aplicar directamente usando el cepillo solo dos veces por semana.

Afterwards, I rinse and dry my face using a soft cloth towel, with light touches so as not to hurt my skin.
Posteriormente enjuago y seco mi rostro usando una toalla de paño suave, con ligeros toquecitos para no lastimar mi piel.
Since I did this routine at night there was no need for sunscreen, so I moved on to the next step. This product is a chamomile mask that clarifies the skin, deep cleanses, soothes irritations, eliminates redness and softens the skin. It is necessary to prepare it before applying it to the skin because it comes in powder form. I prepared enough for two people (my sister and me) so in a container I added two tablespoons of the powder of this mask and approximately one tablespoon of water (this will depend on the amount of powder you use) the objective is to mix the water and the powder until you get a mixture as you can see in the pictures, it is interesting to see how the white powder changes color when in contact with water, it turns yellow.
Como hice esta rutina durante la noche no fue necesario usar protector solar, así que pasé al siguiente paso. Este producto es una mascarilla de manzanilla que sirve para aclarar la piel, limpiarla a profundidad, calmar irritaciones, eliminar rojeces y suavizar la piel. Es necesario prepararla antes de aplicarla en la piel debido a que su presentación es en polvo. Yo preparé suficiente para dos personas (mi hermana y yo) así que en un recipiente añadí dos cucharadas del polvo de esta mascarilla y aproximadamente una cucharada de agua (esto dependerá de la cantidad de polvo que uses) el objetivo es mezclar el agua y el polvo hasta obtener una mezcla como se puede ver en las fotos, es interesante ver como el polvo blanco va cambiando de color al contacto con el agua, se vuelve amarillo.

I then spread the mask all over my face except for the eye area, you should never apply a mask on this area as it is much more delicate than the rest of the skin.
Luego esparcí la mascarilla por todo mi rostro a excepción del área de los ojos, nunca se debe aplicar una mascarilla en esta zona, ya que es mucho más delicada que el resto de la piel.

After 10 minutes, the mask dries out completely, which makes the skin feel stiff, but it is very easy to remove it with just water, and the skin immediately feels much fresher and softer.
Luego de 10 minutos la mascarilla se seca por completo, lo cual provoca una sensación de acartonamiento, pero es muy fácil retirarla solo con agua, en seguida se siente la piel mucha más fresca y suave.
Now it's time to moisturize and hydrate the skin with this pair of products, hyaluronic acid and a moisturizing aloe vera gel.
Ahora llegó el momento de humectar e hidratar la piel con este par de productos, ácido hialurónico y un gel hidratante de sábila.
First I apply a few drops of hyaluronic acid serum, I love it for all the properties it brings to my skin, first of all it moisturizes, maintains its elasticity, fills possible wrinkles and expression lines or prevents them, strengthens my skin, makes it more luminous, repairs cells and maintains its structure, in short, it is a very important element for skins that are over 30 years old, and the sensation it leaves to the touch is incredible.
En primer lugar aplico unas gotas de serum de ácido hialurónico, me encanta por todas las propiedades que le aporta a mi piel, en primer lugar la hidrata, mantiene su elasticidad, rellena posibles arrugas y líneas de expresión o las previene, fortalece mi piel, la vuelve más luminosa , repara las células y mantiene su estructura, en síntesis, es un elemento importantísimo para pieles que ya pasan de 30 años, y la sensación que deja al tacto es increíble.

Afterwards I apply an aloe vera gel that refreshes my skin, I like it because it does not leave a greasy sensation on my skin, since it is ideal for oily skin, it moisturizes, softens and hydrates my skin, it also clarifies and mattifies it.
Posteriormente aplico un gel de aloe vera que refresca mi piel, me gusta porque no deja sensación grasosa en el cutis, ya que es ideal para piel grasa, humecta, suaviza e hidrata mi piel, además la aclara y matifica.

The texture of this balm is quite dense but it gives me 24 hours of hydration, something that for me is of vital importance because my lips are very delicate and they dry out and sour very often.
Y para finalizar aplico en mis labios un tratamiento de hidratación para mis labios, la textura de este bálsamo es bastante densa pero me otorga 24 horas de hidratación, algo que para mi es de vital importancia porque mis labios son muy delicados y se resecan y agrietan con mucha frecuencia.

It is important to perform a daily skincare routine, not for aesthetics but for health, because just like our whole body, the skin also requires our care, in fact it is the largest organ we have.
