Por supuesto se unieron otras comunidades y Builders del ecosistema peruano,

I tell you that last May 2nd I attended this great event initiative of Learn Ethereum Club, entitled “Governance Matters”.
Of course other communities and Builders of the Peruvian ecosystem joined,
What would happen if the government ceased to exist?
Brian from the 21m Bulls community started the event asking us this question
Pregunta que nos invita a una reflexión intensa, lo primero que podríamos analizar sería el papel actual del estado y de la democracia en la sociedad de hoy.
Algunos pensamos que la democracia NO es silencio, sinó más bien la claridad de todas las voces.
¿Y quién regula a los reguladores?
Una invitación a regresar a las bases el pensamiento filósofico práctico que dan sentido a estas monedas mágicas del internet, entre otras cosas eso estuvimos conversando por allí.

Mate muy amablemente nos habló de Meta Pool, una aplicación DeFi multicadenas que permite a sus usuario hacer "Staking líquido" con sus activos, permitiendoles diversificar el riesgo mediante un sistema done recibes un token de garantía por tu activo en stake, lo que te permite usar este nuevo token en otros protocolos, ya que están respaldados por el stake
También tiene un protocolo de gobernanza en el todos podemos participar, la invitación es a conocer más de esta aplicación blockchain para luego pensar en participar y benficiarnos de todas sus funcionalidades.

[English]Mate very kindly told us about Meta Pool, a multi-chain DeFi application that allows its users to do “Liquid Staking” with their assets, allowing them to diversify the risk through a system where you receive a guarantee token for your asset in stake, which allows you to use this new token in other protocols, as they are backed by the stake.
It also has a governance protocol in which we can all participate, the invitation is to learn more about this blockchain application and then think about participating and benefit from all its features.
Kenneth es una excelente coach con mucha empatía y una vocación enorme, nos planteó la idea de conocernos a nosotros mismos para poder llevar a cabo labores de liderazgo con un mejor desempeño, pues todo empieza con nosotros mismos. Y es que si nos organizamos hay tiempo para todo, para unas pizzas con el ecosistema, para compartir ideas, construir y seguir pasándola bien, para celebrar el cumpleaños de un amigo, y hasta para repartir un poco de merch jeje!
Me encantó que el evento no estuvo enfocado en una aplicación o tecnología, sinó más bien en una idea.

I loved that the event was not focused on an application or technology, but rather on an idea.
La idea de que la gobernanza importa y que con las nuevas herramientas que la tecnología nos proporciona podemos hacer de este mundo, un lugar un poco mejor para todos.
Donde TODOS podamos caminar de noche sin miedo al prójimo.
