A couple of years ago, I had never thought that this day would come so fast, I had never thought that this door would open for me and that I would have the courage to take this step into the world that I love the most today, the blockchain; yes, just as you read it, this is the announcement of my official Witness Node in Hive, and not to digress, let's get to the really punctual, for the emotional part, you can watch the video.
Who's Ilaz?
I am a 28 year old Venezuelan Hive Builder, lover of technology, art and video games, who has been living in the crypto world for 5 years, totally in love with the technological paradigm that brings with it the blockchain and Web 3 in general.
My branding since my arrival to this world has been @ilazramusic, but for issues of a rebranding in all my social networks and the fact that I like more my new personal brand, I will use this account @dimeilaz for witness work, in addition, then it will become my main profile, leaving behind the account @ilazramusic.
If we talk about my work perspective, I can emphasize the following:

Ilaz's career at Hive
I came to Hive since its birth and since then I have not stopped building in the Hispanic community, but if I must emphasize what I have done in my almost 3 years of life in this blockchain, I could mention:

Why vote for Ilaz as a Witness?
Every Witness in Hive must propose something that gives value to the chain and in my case it won't be different; even though I'm pretty much steeped in the programming world, my main focus won't be development.
I would really like to be a Witness that performs in-chain and off-chain marketing tasks, that is, to be a bridge connecting projects, ideas, visions and hivers that want to build on Web 3.
So, within my proposal (in the first instance) I want to propose the following:
Generate more decentralization in chain security
As you may know, each Witness Node generates security for our chain and my mission will always be to be updated regarding all maintenance work to keep my server operational as much time as possible, not to say 24/7, besides keeping myself always documented about blockchain technology and Hive Node infrastructure.
Make a Podcast talking about Hive
I want to touch on topics that may be controversial, contribute ideas on future developments in the DApps we currently have and be able to be part of solving problems that plague us as a community and as a platform.
Lead Hive Marketing Events in Caracas, Venezuela
After the creation of @hiveccs my focus is to do a lot of advertising of the chain to attract investors, creators and businesses that adopt Hive as I did at the time.
Conduct interviews to relevant people in Hive
I want to connect with people who have visionary ideas and want to make them happen, look for ways to support and incentivize the creation of more and more ideas that bring value to the blockchain.
Reaching the Top 50 Witnesses
I don't see it crazy at all to be able to reach the achievement of being part of the Top 50 of our Hive witnesses, this would mean getting some interesting rewards that could make me able to support with funding to initiatives, projects and events that can generate value within Hive.
Educate about Hive and about supporting Witnesses
A recurring weakness I have seen currently, is that in the top of Witness Nodes there are many inactive witnesses who are still in very high positions, some are still getting rewards even and have not done updates since the old chain, I want to generate culture about it so that people get used to exercise their duty responsibly to preserve the balance between people actively working for Hive.
Be Speaker at multiple crypto conferences to talk about Hive
I know that for this I don't need to be a Witness Node, but I feel that, by having a role like this, this generates a status that can help you to be seen as a more relevant person in this world and therefore, I can receive invitations to events where I can talk about Hive.
Achieve greater financial stability
I have always wanted to dedicate almost 100% of my life and time to Hive, but this is not possible because it is a world that is part of cryptocurrencies and this makes it very volatile, but if I reach high positions in the Top of Witnesses, this could impact my own finances in such a positive way that could generate peace of mind and in turn allow me to collaborate more actively to be able to devote more time to build in Hive.
Generate more Happiness to my environment
You may wonder what this has to do with a Witness, but believe me, being altruistic is beautiful when you have resources to positively impact people's lives, if I reach high positions as a witness, I know that I will be able to impact the lives of many people in a very positive way, either by making votes, by generating diffusion, by helping to develop ideas, by offering funding to an initiative, a project, an event and more, that is my vision, to be happy making others happy.

To perform my work as a witness, I have decided to afford a HIAB VPS (Hive In A Node Box) from @privex, which allows anyone to get their node pre-configured and be able to broadcast the witness in a super fast way, and the details about the machine are as follows:

Hace un par de años, nunca había pensado que este día llegaría tan rápido, nunca había pensado que esta puerta se abriría para mí y que tendría la valentía de dar este paso en el mundo que más amo hoy en día, la blockchain; sí, así como lo leen, este es el anuncio de mi Nodo Testigo oficial en Hive, y para no divagar, vamos a lo verdaderamente puntual, para la parte emotiva, pueden ver el vídeo.
¿Quién es Ilaz?
Soy un Hive Builder venezolano de 28 años de edad, amante de la tecnología, el arte y los videojuegos, que hace vida en el mundo cripto desde hace 5 años, enamorado totalmente del paradigma tecnológico que trae consigo la blockchain y la Web 3 en general.
Mi branding desde mi llegada a este mundo ha sido @ilazramusic, pero por temas de un rebranding en todas mis redes sociales y por el hecho de que me gusta más mi nueva marca personal, utilizaré esta cuenta @dimeilaz para labores del testigo, además, luego pasará a ser mi perfil principal, dejando atrás la cuenta @ilazramusic.
Si hablamos de mi perspectiva laboral, puedo recalcar lo siguiente:

¿Por qué votar por Ilaz como Testigo?
Todo Testigo dentro de Hive debe proponer algo que le otorgue valor a la cadena y en mi caso no será diferente; a pesar de que estoy bastante empapado con el mundo de la programación, mi enfoque principal no será el desarrollo.
Realmente me gustaría poder ser un Testigo que realice labores de marketing in-chain y off-chain, es decir, ser un puente de conexión entre proyectos, ideas, visiones y hivers que quieran construir en la Web 3.
Así que, dentro de mi propuesta (en primera instancia) quiero proponer lo siguiente:
Generar más descentralización en la seguridad de la cadena
Como sabrán, cada Nodo Testigo genera seguridad para nuestra cadena y mi misión siempre será estar actualizado con respecto a todas las labores de mantenimiento para mantener mi servidor operativo la mayor cantidad de tiempo posible, por no decir 24/7, además de mantenerme siempre documentado sobre la tecnología blockchain y la infraestructura de los Nodos de Hive.
Realizar un Podcast hablando sobre Hive
Quiero tocar temas que puedan resultar polémicos, aportar ideas sobre desarrollos futuros en las DApps que tenemos actualmente y poder ser parte de la resolución de problemas que nos aquejen como comunidad y como plataforma.
Realizar Eventos para hacer Marketing de Hive en Caracas, Venezuela
Luego de la creación de @hiveccs mi enfoque es hacer mucha publicidad de la cadena para atraer inversores, creadores y comercios que adopten Hive como lo hice yo en su momento.
Realizar Entrevistas a personas de relevancia en Hive
Quiero conectar con personas que tengan ideas visionarias y quieran hacerlas realidad, buscar maneras de apoyar e incentivar la creación de más y más ideas que aporten valor a la blockchain.
Alcanzar el Top 50 de Testigos
No veo para nada loco el hecho de poder alcanzar el logro de formar parte del Top 50 de nuestros testigos de Hive, esto significaría el obtener unas recompensas interesantes que podrían hacer que yo pueda apoyar con financiamiento a iniciativas, proyectos y eventos que puedan generar valor dentro de Hive.
Educar sobre Hive y sobre el apoyo a los Testigos
Una debilidad recurrente que he visto en la actualidad, es que en el top de Nodos Testigos hay muchos testigos inactivos que todavía están en posiciones muy altas, algunos siguen obteniendo recompensas incluso y no han hecho actualizaciones desde la antigua cadena, yo quiero generar cultura al respecto para que las personas se acostumbren a ejercer su deber con responsabilidad para preservar el equilibrio entre las personas que trabajan activamente por Hive.
Ser Speaker en múltiples conferencias cripto para hablar sobre Hive
Sé que para esto no necesito ser un Nodo Testigo, pero siento que, al tener un rol como este, esto te genera un estatus que puede ayudar a que te vean como una persona más relevante en este mundo y por ende, pueda recbir invitaciones a eventos donde pueda conversar sobre Hive.
Alcanzar una mayor estabilidad financiera
Siempre he querido dedicarle casi el 100% de mi vida y tiempo a Hive, pero esto no es posible por ser un mundo que forma parte de las criptomonedas y esto lo vuelve muy volátil, pero de llegar a puestos altos en el Top de Testigos, eso podría impactar mis propias finanzas de una manera tan positiva que podría generarme tranquilidad y a su vez permitirme el hecho de poder colaborar más actívamente al poder dedicar más tiempo a construir en Hive.
Generar más Felicidad a mi entorno
Se preguntarán qué tiene que ver esto con un Testigo, pero créanme que el hecho de ser altruista es hermoso cuando tienes recursos para impactar de forma positiva la vida de las personas, de llegar a puestos altos como testigo, sé que podré impactar la vida de muchas personas de forma muy positiva, ya sea por realizar votos, por generar difusión, por ayudar a desarrollar ideas, por ofrecer financiación a una iniciativa, a un proyecto, a un evento y más, esa es mi visión, ser feliz haciendo feliz a los demás.

Para realizar mi labor como testigo, he decidido costearme un VPS HIAB (Hive In A Node Box) de @privex, el cuál permite a cualquier persona obtener su nodo pre-configurado y poder realizar el broadcast del testigo de una forma súper rápida, y los detalles sobre la máquina son los siguientes:
