Greetings to all the beautiful people of the #Aliento Community. Happy start of the week to everyone, especially those who read me 😁. Well, today I come to share with you a little bit about the topic that has been so much talked about in this group and it's about what it means to be a content creator.

  This post is dedicated to newcomers, who I have been reading for a few days now to interact more with the Aliento Community and give them more support. Today I want to tell you a little about what HIVE has meant in my life since I started and also give you some tips to help you get along better within the platform.

  I want to emphasize that I am not an expert on the subject, these are just words told from my experience as I said before. So if anyone else wants or can add more tips or advice for new users, welcome in the comments. I always read those who comment, to me such nice words.

  One of the things that I have learned in HIVE and that I have found so hard to accept is that nothing is certain, this is in direct relation to the votes. There will be good days and not-so-good days. This is mostly directed to the content creators who take great care in the marking, the writing, and the correct use of sources with images and quotes, among other things. In other words, the fact that you are doing badly does not mean that your posts are poorly written or your content is mediocre, perhaps, in many cases, it is that you have not been lucky.

  Another thing I have learned on the platform is that everything adds up, that is, every comment, every vote, every response, and above all every interaction you make on the platform will add up. The sum of everything may not be much but over time it becomes big enough for you to be more seen and appreciated within the platform.

  And if you are just starting in HIVE my recommendation is that you get better informed with guides either here or on YouTube about the correct use of fonts, the structure of the post (justified, centered, bold, italics, etc) this is what is called marking. Many codes are quite simple if you are starting and you don't need to be an expert to take your first steps in this universe, so every post you make can be considered a learning experience.

  This is another piece of advice I give you: Always look for ways to innovate and improve until you feel comfortable enough or original enough to create your brand by believing in yourself every step of the way. If you go to my blog, you will notice the drastic changes I have made since I started in my posts, from the covers to the format I use.

  And I admit it, I'm tired of keeping a single style, and I decide to change again and again until I feel comfortable again with the colors, letters, and styles in the banners I make. I usually use CANVA, for me it is the easiest to use and has a lot of free and varied content that you can use.

  I also admit that I wanted to change everything in my profile again to show myself this time as I am, I don't have to pretend to be a character that I like a lot to fit in here in HIVE (I learned this recently) and it is also more comfortable to be yourself, don't you think so, the truth is that I haven't felt good about myself since a few months ago, and partly the change of everything in my profile is also due to that, to me adapting to this new Pannavi that is starting again.

  Showing yourself makes you original. Yes, it is recommended that you look for your style but in my case, I demanded so much at the beginning that at a certain point here in HIVE I got tired and wanted to give up. If it wasn't for the pushes that @ikigaidesign has given me, I would be one more of the many people who enter and soon get tired.

  And HIVE is not like the social networks of Web2, (the truth is that I didn't even know that Web2 and Web3 existed, that's another thing I recommend you to investigate). As they said in a super good Podcast made by the Aliento team, Hive is for everyone, but not everyone is for HIVE. And this platform requires you to invest time to grow in it. But above all, it demands passion so that you can sustain it and endure over time.

  I think that one of the main reasons an individual must have to take full advantage of HIVE is that they must have a love for what they do by creating their content, without fear of showing themselves, without fear of judgment or criticism. If you do receive any, it will be rare and most likely not even a criticism per se, but advice to improve what you are doing.

  I've only been here for a year and a few months, and I want to continue for a long time with all of you until I feel part of the #HIVE family. This platform, as I have said in some of my posts, has become for me a purpose of life and being. With it, I learned how much I love to create varied content on topics that I love such as movies, series, anime, music, poetry, paper crafts, drawing, writing, sharing experiences with my pets, and my beginnings as a bush lady, as well as many other things.

  Hive has allowed me to show myself as I am, it has allowed me to discover myself as a person, not once but many times, therefore I consider this platform as my safe place, my beautiful place. A place where I can be a simple girl, who doesn't like to wear too much makeup, who loves the color purple, and whose voice is heard in every post she puts together.

  I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who gives life to the coolest platform of Web3 known as HIVE in which the motto of the three musketeers All for One and One for All! applies very well as a style of work, interaction and team growth. I also leave a special thanks to all the Hivers who are in charge of doing the hard work of HIVE. 🙏 To all of you, a thousand thanks! 💕

  Finally, I just want to tell the newcomers to enjoy every step they take on the platform. Put effort and love into what you do and be clear that everything is a learning process.   Saludos a toda la gente linda de la Comunidad de #Aliento. Feliz inicio de semana para todos, en especial para quellos que me leen 😁. Bueno, el día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes un poco sobre el tema que tanto se viene hablando en este grupo y es sobre lo que significa ser un creador de contenido.

  Este post está dedicado a los nuevos más que todo, a quienes suelo leer desde hace unos días para acá con el fin de interactuar más con la comunidad de Aliento y brindarles más apoyo. Hoy quiero contarles un poco de lo que significa HIVE en mi vida desde que empecé y darles también algunos consejos para que se desenvuelvan mejor dentro de la plataforma.

  Quiero destacar que no soy experta en el tema, son sólo palabras contadas desde mi experiencia como dije anteriormente. Así que si alguien más desea o puede agregar más consejos o tips para los nuevos usuarios, bienvenido sea en los comentarios. Siempre leo a quienes me comentan tan lindas palabras.

  Una de las cosas que he aprendido en HIVE y que me ha costando tanto aceptar es que nada es seguro, esto en relación directa con los votos. Es claro que que habrá días buenos y otros no tanto. Esto va más que todo dirigido a los creadores de contenido que se esmeran en el marquetado, la redacción, el uso correcto de las fuentes con las imágenes y las citas, entre otras cosas. Es decir, que te vaya mal no significa que tus post estén mal redactados o tu contenido sea mediocre, tal vez, en muchos de los casos es que no has tenido suerte.

  Otra cosa que he aprendido en la plataforma es que todo suma, es decir, cada comentario, cada voto, cada respuesta y sobre todo cada interacción que hagas dentro de la plataforma te irá sumando. La suma de todo tal vez no sea mucho pero con el tiempo se vuelve lo bastante grande para que seas más visto y apreciado dentro de la plataforma.

  Y si apenas estás iniciando en HIVE mi recomendación es que te informes mejor con guías ya sea por aquí o por YouTube sobre el uso correcto de las fuentes, la estructura del post (justificado, centrado, negrita, cursiva, etc) a esto es lo que se le llama marquetado. Existen muchos códigos que resultan bastantes simples si estás iniciando y no es necesario que seas un experto para dar tus primeros pasos en este universo, por lo que cada post que armes puedes considerarlo un aprendizaje.

  Este es otro de los consejos que te doy: Siempre busca maneras de innovar y mejorar hasta que te sientas lo suficientemente cómodo o seas tan original para crear tu propia marca creyendo en ti mismo en cada paso que des. Si ingresan a mi blog, podrán notar los cambios drásticos que he hecho desde que empecé en mis post, desde las portadas hasta el formato que uso.

  Y es que lo admito, me he cansado de mantener un sólo estilo, y decido cambiar una vez y otra vez hasta que me vuelvo a sentir cómoda con mis colores, letras y estilos en los banners que hago. Yo suelo usar CANVA, para mí es la más sencilla de usar y cuenta con mucho contenido variado y gratuito que te puede servir.

  Admito también que quise cambiar todo en mi perfil de nuevo para mostrarme esta vez cómo soy realmente, no tengo que aparentar ser un personaje que me gusta mucho para encajar aquí en HIVE (esto lo aprendí hace poco) y pues también es más cómodo ser uno mismo ¿no lo creen?, yo la verdad es que no me he sentido bien conmigo misma desde unos meses para acá, en parte también el cambio de todo en mi perfil se debe a eso, a mi adaptándose a esta nueva Pannavi que está empezando de nuevo.

  Mostrarte a ti mismo, te hace original. Si, es recomendable que busques tu estilo pero en mi caso, me exigí tanto al principio que llegado a un punto aquí en HIVE me cansé y quise abandonar. Sino es por los empujones que me ha dado @ikigaidesign ya sería una más de las tantas personas que entran y al poco tiempo se cansan.

  Y es que HIVE no es como las redes sociales de la Web2, (la verdad yo ni sabía que existía una Web2 y una Web3, eso es otra cosa que te recomiendo investigar). Como dijeron en un Podcast super bueno que hizo el equipo de Aliento, Hive es para todos, pero no todos son para HIVE. Y es que esta plataforma te exige invertir tiempo para crecer en ella. Pero sobre todo te exige pasión para que te sostengas de ella y perdures en el tiempo.

  Yo pienso que una de las razones principales que debe tener un individuo para aprovechar a HIVE al máximo es que debe tener amor por lo que hace al crear su propio contenido, sin miedo a mostrarse a sí mismo, sin miedo al juicio o a las críticas. Si llegas a recibir alguna será raro y lo más seguro no será ni siquiera una crítica en sí sino un consejo para que mejores lo que vienes haciendo.

  Yo apenas tengo un año y unos meses aquí, y de verdad deseo continuar por mucho tiempo con todos ustedes hasta sentirme parte de la familia de #HIVE. Esta plataforma como he dicho en alguno de mis post, se ha vuelto para mí un propósito de vida y de ser. Con ella aprendí lo mucho que me gusta crear contenido variado de temas que me encantan como películas, series, animé, música, poesía, manualidades con papel, dibujar, escribir, compartir experiencias con mis mascotas y mis inicios como señora de las matas, así como muchas otras cosas.

  Hive me ha permitido mostrarme como soy, me ha permitido descubrirme a mí misma como persona, no una vez sino muchas veces, por lo tanto considero esta plataforma como mi lugar seguro, mi lugar bonito. Un lugar donde puedo ser una chica sencilla, que no le gusta usar mucho maquillaje, a quien le encanta el color morado y cuya voz se escucha en cada post que arma.

  Agradezco a todos de corazón los que dan vida a la plataforma más genial de la Web3 conocida como HIVE en la que se aplica muy bien el lema de los tres mosqueteros Todos para Uno y Uno para Todos! como estilo de trabajo, interacción y crecimiento en equipo.   Ya para terminar, sólo quiero decirle a los nuevos que disfruten cada paso que dan dentro de la plataforma. Le pongan empeño y cariño a lo que hacen y que tengan claro que todo es un aprendizaje.
