Body odor and mouth odor are things I absolutely can not condone 😣😣
Now, I’m not exactly the outspoken type that would just out with it and tell you “ your breath stinks or you have body odor” I don’t really have the heart to do so and I don’t think it’s a good thing because the said person might not even know about it 😔(this is mainly with strangers or acquaintances though).
I am trying to change that character tho 🤗
When it comes to friends on the other hand, there is always a more friendlier or easier approach to let them know about it.
Like, take for instance, I and a friend or even a family member that I am close to, we can be gisting about something or things or just generally catching up with each other and I notice an odor or maybe he or she put on too much perf.
Now in this situation I can easily go “ guy!! Which kain be perf you spray so” or I’ll go” guy this perf wey you spray too much, next time just put am small next time, if you wan follow person talk now the person no go fit even stay for long”. Saying it like this he or she would know I’m coming from a place of care and not trying to insult you and then we can laugh about it but I know you’ll also take it into thoughts and consideration.
Imagine of this was with an acquaintance I’m not that close with, I could tell them this intending to care, only for them to see it as an insult to them. If or when I find my self in thag kind of situation, I tend to just distance myself from said person or I won’t mention it to them again and if it end up embarrassing or disgracing that person I wouldn’t even care or feel bothered.
If it’s an odor I not with a close friend or family and it’s not perfume related but an actual body odor, I can go” hey, what’s the name of the soap or sure you’re using, maybe try a different kind, this one is giving off a kind of odor that’s not nice to the nose” now, if the person I’m telling is mature and reasonable, he or she would understand where I’m coming from and not even get mad about it at all
When it comes to me and my oral or body, I take what i apply into serious consideration 🫣🤭 I mean, I feel that’s something everyone should know(but not everyone does).
My mum has a shop where she sells different things ranging from provisions to cosmetics, so I buy my cream and sure and soaps and perfumes from there and often times with her advices and preferences on the ones to get.

Whenevery I buy sure I always buy in twos so that I wouldn’t find myself out of luck when one finishes cause I tend to sweat easily and the work I’m doing has me moving around a lot which causes me to sweat as well.
Whenever I get back from work, I make sure I shower no matter how tired or lazy I am cause if not, the sweat of the whole day sticks to your body and leads to the body odor.
I feel like if you know someone that has body odor, the best thing you can do for tge person is to tell him or her in a nice way and maybe also tell the person good products to buy and use 🤗🤗
