In my previous post, I shared some benefits of eye exercises, and promised to share some eye exercises you can do at your own comfort.
Well, without further delay, let's get to it
20-20-20 𝙍𝙪𝙡𝙚: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce digital eye strain.
𝙀𝙮𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜: Roll your eyes in a circular motion, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, to improve flexibility and blood flow.
source𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜: Rub your hands together to generate warmth, then gently place them over your closed eyes for relaxation.

- 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜: Hold a pen at arm’s length, focus on it, then slowly bring it closer to your nose. Repeat several times to strengthen focus.

- 𝘽𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜: Blink consciously for a minute to refresh your eyes and prevent dryness.

source - 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙂𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜: Look at a far object, then shift focus to something near. Alternate for a few minutes to enhance focus and eye muscles.
