I GOT LOST IN THE STREET OF IBADAN.

It wasn't my intention to get lost trust me, but it happened none the less.

Few weeks earlier, I had some issue with my bank that I couldn't resolve online.

I kept trying and hoping I wouldn't have to go to the bank, but unfortunately it didn't go through.

It wasn't until later that I got to know that there was a connection issue all over the country. According to them, an underwater cable got cut.

Lol 😂.

Sounds funny anyways. But for me, it was a good time to troll MTN and Airtel users.

Because ehn, this people never allowed me breetheeee when ever there is a network glitch while talking to them via my glo network provider.

All in all, the situation on ground warrant that I go to the bank myself.

That morning, I took a bike right in front of where i was and in less than 10 minutes, we got to thebank.

"Ehn ehn, so this place is not far sef," I said in my mind.

So I made up my mind to walk it when I'm coming back home.

I got into the bank, and I was totally impressed.

Well, I have lived in Lagos for a very long time, the bankers there are mostly always frowning and sincerely I was expecting the same reaction here.

But the bankers here In Ibadan were all smiling and really open to hear what brought you to the bank.

The atmosphere really made me relax and in few minutes, I was done with why I came to the bank.

I came outside, and was about to take a bike, when I remembered that I said I was going to walk it back home.

I didn't even know which street leads to which, but I just wanted to do it. And i told myself if I ended up getting totally lost, ehn, because I knew I was going to get lost, then I'd carry a bike from wherever I was

When I got into the first street, I turned into it, and started walking, I walked for about 10 minutes, and saw no sign of anywhere I know.

I started laughing at myself, but I was persistent still.

Inside this Ibadan, anything that wants to happen should happen 😂.

I continued walking, at some point, I told myself, be wise o 😂, don't waste your energy going the wrong path, just ask someone where this road leads to.

I finally saw a brother that I could ask, and he affirm I was on the right road.

Shoulder pad rising*

It feels so surreal. After walking about 5 minutes more, I finally saw the gate that leads to our estate.

Oh boy!

I felt so fulfilled and happy with myself ehn.

Have you ever gotten lost? How did you manage the situation.
