Breakfast has been identified as one of the most important meals one must not miss out for the day. However, youths in particular prefer to head out on an empty stomach of which they claim makes them active and not sleepy while they plan to eat something heavy as brunch. But there are others who consider that breakfast should be something heavy so as to sustain throughout the day.

WHAT IS BREAKFAST
Breakfast in simply is the food you eat by morning before step out for the schedule of the day. Usually, it is a very light meal such as bread, tea, coffee, milk, juice, chips, noodles, e.t.c. As for me, I consider that a nice and perfect breakfast should be something moderate. Not too light and not too hard for the day. Tea and biscuits or chips would be too light in my opinion. And a hard meal such as swallow and soup such as pounded yam or so would equally be too heavy. Most times our day is unpredictable and eating too light could hamper our activities.
Finally, the best part is the addition of fruit to my breakfast. Last year my breakfast didn't fall short of cucumber, groundnut and a cup of water. In fact, some days, I ate just cucumber, groundnut and water as breakfast. This is basically because of its nutritional value. For me, my best breakfast is something moderate like boiled yam and source or vegetable soup, noodles and fried eggs, e.t.c. And then a cup of mild, or fresh juice or fresh fruit preferably cucumber and groundnut and a cup of water.
