I ummed and aaahed before I finally settled on the approach I was going to do for this...
We all know about toxic relationships but I think they are more common and widespread than you think...
I guess most people think of romance and boy / girl relationships that go toxic...
Yes that is one, but they can be all over the place if you let them...
Friends and colleagues can quickly become toxic to you.
Likewise communities can be infiltrated by negative people and it becomes a toxic place.
But I believe leopards don't change their spots, in the end the true nature of people always comes out in the end.
So I am not about to talk about toxic relationships I actually have a couple of chapters regarding this in my book.
Shameless plug coming up, as my editor has told it will be published come what may, on the 1st of January.

You may learn to become more assertive.
You may learn to develop stronger self-esteem and ...
You may learn to recognize unhealthy relationship patterns.
I have seen too many people lurch from one fluffing toxic relationship to another.
Learning can benefit you!
Another positive is that it can serve as a catalyst for change. Sometimes we get too comfy and need a jolt to wake us up!
Experiencing a toxic relationship might motivate you to seek therapy or counseling.
This in turn could lead to improved self-awareness and healthier future relationships.
People should not be selfish, but they should definitely start thinking about themselves. See about therapy but I would be wary of self therapy and using the internet blindly!!!!
It can also highlight the importance of self-love and prioritizing your own well-being.
Remember that identifying a positive doesn't justify staying in a toxic situation.
It's crucial to prioritize your safety and mental health even if it means leaving the relationship.
I have removed negatives from my life, including family friends and workplaces.
Look after yourself, just because someone was once your bff does not mean that relationship can't become toxic!
