24 hours ago it was a cold dry -4C and this morning it is a wet +4C
Today, I share some photos of the construction progress in the neighbourhood.
First we see the section of sidewalk that was completed yesterday.
Now we look at the section that was poured last week and has been cut to relieve stress and prevent cracking.
The next 3 photos are from the top of the street where some Garden Homes are being built.
This one is completed and ready to sell. My wife and I went to the open house viewing a couple of weeks ago. Still no sold sign on it.
An unbelievable asking price but it is the going price for new home in this area. The market has pulled back so likely why it has not sold yet.
Now here is a little gossip. The husband and wife team brokers, I have known since 1975 when they had an unplanned pregnancy at 15 and 16 years of age.
