I started playing the game on 27th of April and it has been about a month in my Golem Overlord journey.
The game was initially a bit complex for me to understand as there are lots of parameters you need to consider before leveling up or taking profit from the game. So, I decided to build a "balanced" gaming strategy to grow each side effectively.
When I was actively engaging on Discord, I realized that people were following some certain strategies to grow their Golems. Some of them were building Farming type of players which was based on growing the Golem Charging Station and levelling up Fortifications to keep the earned PART tokens secure.
The farming would be a nice strategy but the problem is the gains from battles are too great to be missed! Their argument was the risk of losing PART tokens when the attacker losses the battle. In this case, the strategy was clear: First, claim your bunch of PART and attack the others when you have 0 PART to be claimed!
There are also some accounts that are Farmer but not protected by Fortifications; they are safe with high FAITH level.
When the level of Faith is extremely high, the attackers cannot make gains from their attack! Which means that you also need to have strong Faith stats to degrade the faith of your rival. This faithception ends at the point when the minimum steal rate is reached at a decent level. Otherwise, strong faith will never let others to make good scavange for the ones who never invest in Faith stats!
For the current level, the minimum steal should swing around 0.25 and 0.45 but, as you can see that the Faith level is 10 whereas Fortification is 3, this guy is hard to hit more than just 0.10!
Imagine you spend your 1 Attack only for that 0.10! this is not a great way to make profitable scavenge hunts!
Dodge Faith While Possible
The Faith investment has 2 sides, 1 protector, 1 scavenge booster.
When a player only invests in other stats, the faith level will always limit their potential and let him/her get lower than what it was supposed to have.
In such a case, I never look down on Faith. Yet, I also observe that the number of Faith Farmers is keep increasing exponentially. You either will work on it to make some "worthy" scavenge hunts or you will never battle with the ones against whom you have a 100% winning possibility.
FAITH is a gift if you know how to make use of it.
Many players sleep on that and it will be a bit late when they understand the importance of Faith.
The current mechanism of the game pushes you to consider Faith in every single step of your investment.

Losing a lot of PART on Fortification may not be a great strategy while Faith can handle it for you!
