HELLO HIVE
Potatoes are a crop that is known to dominate and cover the ground the moment the crop is planted to the ground, if the weather is favorable and the land fertile then it will actually produce more than I might have expected.
I planted some potatoes close to the jute leaf that I had around the river bank that way I could irrigate it using the potatoes using water from the river after I had watered the jute leaf, the water source is not something I should be concerned about with because of how hard it is for the river to flow. There are so many crops around the river bank and this continued source of plant life makes it easier for agriculture to be done during the winter season.
When it starts raining these parts around the river bank become inhabitable for crops because the river tends to overflow past its course into other parts around its route.
The season we are in determines how important the river might be to us farmers and we also do our best to utilize it in the best possible way we can, with vegetables the most dominant plant around the river playing an important role in our farming plans of the year.
