Good evening all hive users around the world, how are all my friends? I hope you are always in good health and your trip to Hive will be even smoother.
Tonight I will share some pictures of the plants in my garden. This garden is beside and behind my house.
I took a photo this afternoon, maybe all my friends have a question, why am I only now sharing this photo?
My answer was "because I don't know where to post about the garden next to my house, so I didn't take a photo of it. Then I saw a #homesteading community and I read the description and rules, it turns out that this community matches the content of my post tonight. Thank you to the founder #homesteading has let me post here.
My goal is to make a garden and plant groceries next to the house, so that my mother and wife can save on household expenses, because this year all cooking ingredients such as chilies have gone up, from the usual price of Rp. 2000 to Rp. 4000 per ounce. other ingredients that I can not mention here because there are many.
Alright friends, below I show some pictures that are in my garden and can be used as a complementary ingredient in food, I think everyone uses these leaves for cooking.
like :
- Curry leaves
- Bowl leaves
- Pandan leaves
- Ruku-ruku leaves
- Betel leaf
- Miana leaves or flowers
- Kecombrang Plant
This is a durian tree, it's still small, hopefully later when it grows up it can bear big and sweet fruit
I also planted a soursop tree in my garden, it looks like the fruit isn't ripe yet, I hope it ripens quickly and you can taste it
This starfruit tree usually bears a lot of fruit but today it's time to wait for it to flower again
These two images are of a chili and a melon tree.
Of all the plants that I have planted, some of them are plants that are needed every day in the kitchen, so I took the initiative to plant them beside and behind my house. For all hive friends who are also homesteaders, please give me suggestions so that I can be better in the future.
Thanks for reading
