Greetings Splinterlands and Hivers community, I welcome you to my Social Media Challenge where we share our strategies, reflections and projections for the game. The lines I am writing today are dedicated to our progress in the Brawls that just ended today, the cards obtained in 8 Gladius cases and finally we will evaluate the potential of my 2 most recent cards added to my deck. Let's get started!
Saludos comunidad de Splinterlands y Hivers les doy la bienvenida a mi Social Media Challenge donde compartimos nuestras estrategias, reflexiones y proyecciones del juego. Las líneas que hoy les escribo están dedicadas a nuestro avance en la Brawls que justo hoy terminaron, las cartas obtenidas en 8 Gladius cases y finalmente evaluaremos el potencial de mis 2 más recientes cartas incorporadas a mi mazo. Our Clan Peakmonster Hurricans is currently in Tier 4 and all our efforts are focused on upgrading the Arena to level 8 to move on to the next Tier, it has been a titanic effort by everyone but I am sure it will be worth it.

Each end of the cycle in the Brawls I always try to transfer 200 Guild Power to the arena in the form of a permanent donation, as I said before our goal is focused on taking the arena to level 8 and that is our goal.
Cada final de ciclo en las Brawls procuro siempre transferir 200 Guild Power a la arena en la forma de donación permanente, como dije anteriormente nuestra meta esta enfocada en llevar a nivel 8 la arena y ese es nuestro norte.
Opening Gladius Packs/Abriendo Gladius Packs
Our performance in this Brawl was excellent! 7 wins and one loss, I can't complain, the fray gold league using all the cards is quite demanding. In the end we achieved a solid first place and obtained 7700 merits and 111.57 Sps for stacking, we already had a good amount of merits accumulated in the last brawl where we also finished first for a total of 16K in merits.
Nuestro desempeño en esta Brawl fue excelente! 7 victorias y una derrota, no me puedo quejar la fray liga de oro usando todas las cartas es bastante exigente. Al final concretamos un sólido primer lugar y obtuvimos 7700 méritos y 111,57 Sps para el stacking, ya teniamos una buena cantidad de méritos acumulados en la brawl pasada que también quedamos de primeros para un total de 16K en méritos.
On this occasion we will consume all our merits in Gladius packs, in previous posts I have talked about how difficult it has become to level up rare and common cards, so we will not waste our precious merits on that scam that are the stones and we will accumulate the greatest amount of rare and common cards.
En esta ocasión consumiremos todos nuestros méritos en Gladius packs, en post anteriores he hablado de la gran dificultad que se ha vuelto subir de nivel las cartas raras y comunes, por tanto no malgastaremos nuestros preciados méritos en esa estafa que son las piedras y acumularemos la mayor cantidad de cartas raras y comunes.
In effect we got exactly what we wanted: common and rare gladius except for 1 golden one but that is still very useful to us. Let's see below an overview of the gladius cards that we accumulated in our deck.
En efecto obtuvimos precisamente lo que queríamos: gladius comunes y raras a excepción de 1 dorada pero que igualmente nos es muy útil. Veamos a continuación un panorama general de las cartas que gladius que acumulamos en nuestro mazo.
Well, as you can see, as far as the fire, water and earth classes are concerned, the common gladius are already at level, to reach the next level we must accumulate 50 bcx, quite a challenge. While some of the rare ones are at level 4, but others like Sarius, Alfredo and Pallidon are already at level 5, implying that we must add 20 copies for level 6.
Bien, Como pueden ver en lo que respecta a la clase fuego, agua y tierra ya las gladius comunes están en nivel para alcanzar el siguiente escalafón debemos acumular 50 bcx, todo un desafío. Mientras que de las raras algunas las tengo lvl 4 pero otras como Sarius, Alfredo y Pallidon ya están en nivel 5 implicando que deberemos sumar 20 copias para el nivel 6.
With the life and death classes, the opposite happens, as we have the rare cards at level 5. Ajax Lightfoot and Liza Fox are the ones I really want to take to level 7 if possible. These cards get very good abilities at that level, and the most important thing is that I can summon them at that level if I use epic summoners like Sthispa at level 5.
Con las clases vida y muerte pasa lo contrario ya las cartas raras las tenemos en nivel 5, Ajax Lightfoot y Liza Fox son las que realmente quiero llevar a nivel 7 si es posible estas cartas obtienen muy buenas habilidades en ese nivel y lo más importante es que puedo invocarlas a ese nivel si uso invocadores épicos como Sthispa lvl 5.
My new cards: Mana Warden & Avina of the Wolf/Mis nuevas cartas: Mana Warden & Avina of the Wolf
This week, 2 new sections were released in Splinterlands, the first is the Hall of Legends, where we will have the opportunity to acquire promotional cards that will rotate every 4 weeks and the new Lyra & Lorn store where we can get an exclusive card paid for with vouchers: Mana Warden. This was the first card I added to my collection, I'm interested in the Shield Ward ability.
En esta semana se estrenaron 2 nuevos apartados en Splinterlands, el primero es el Salón de las Leyendas, donde tendremos la oportunidad de adquirir cartas promocionales que irán rotando cada 4 semanas y la nueva tienda de Lyra & Lorn donde podremos obtener una carta exclusiva paga con vouchers: Mana Warden. Esta fue la primera carta que añadí a mi colección, me interesa la habilidad Shield Ward.
This is also a promotional card and although it is common it has the advantage of being bielemental: fire and life, the 2 classes that in Rebellion are starting to interest me now that the new reward cards have come out.
Esta también es una carta promocional y aunque es común tiene la ventaja de ser bielemental: fuego y vida las 2 clases que en Rebellion están comenzando a interesarme ahora que salieron las nuevas cartas rewards.
Our second acquisition was Avina of the Wolf, a card that I've been wanting for a long time and it's no wonder, of all the rare Rebellion summoners it's the most expensive and one of its tactics is to apply Heal to any tank you place in the first position! I've been waiting for a long time for it to drop in price so I can get it and it's finally ours!
Nuestra segunda adquisición fue Avina of the Wolf una carta que estaba deseando desde hace mucho y no es para menos, de todas los invocadores Rebellion raros es el más caro y es que una de sus tácticas es aplicar Heal a cualquier tanque que ubiques en la primera posición! Hacía tiempo que estaba esperando que baja de precio para obtenerla y finalmente es nuestra!
With these 2 cards it's possible to come up with new strategies both offensive and defensive, so now I'm going to share with you 2 battles where I take advantage of the potential of these 2 cards.
Con estas 2 cartas es posible plantear nuevas estrategias tanto ofensivas como defensivas, asi que ahora voy a compartirte 2 batallas donde aprovecho el potencial de estas 2 cartas.
Offensive Strategy/Estretagia Ofensiva
In this battle we literally shielded one of the most powerful tanks in the Chaos Legion edition: Drybone Barbarian. If his damage is already quite huge, his Rage ability makes him a fearsome unit. His disadvantage is that most of the time he is very exposed to damage. So we reinforced his defenses with Shield conferred by Mana Warden and Heal from Avina. These 2 abilities turn this unit into an armored tank that can withstand anything! I leave you the link in the image.
En esta batalla literalmente blindamos a uno de los tanques más poderosos que tiene la edición Chaos Legion: Drybone Barbarian, si ya su daño es bastante descomunal, su habilidad Rage lo convierte en una unidad digna de temer, su desventaja es que la mayoría de las veces queda muy expuesta al daño. Así que que reforzamos sus defensas con Shield conferida por Mana Warden y Heal de Avina, estas 2 habilidades convierten a esta unidad en un tanque acorazado que puede aguantarlo todo! Defensive Strategy/Estrategia Defensiva
In this case, with my secondary account, I set up a defensive lineup, taking into account that the ruleset dictates that all ranged attacks will go to the first position. I decided to use Ulundin Overseer for his high health and defense. He also has the flanking ability, so our Mana Warden can attack from the second position, and by using Alnica as a summoner, we make sure that he can withstand all the damage possible while our secondary row finishes off the enemy. This is a strategy that is ideal in leagues like rookie, bronze, and even silver. Link to the battle in the image
En este caso con mi cuenta secundaria configuré una alineación defensiva teniendo en cuenta que la ruleset dicta que todos los ataques a distancia irán a la primera posición decidí usar a Ulundin Overseer por su gran cantidad de vida y defensa. Cuenta además con la habilidad flanquear por lo que nuestro Mana Warden puede atacar desde la segunda posición y usando a Alnica como invocador nos aseguramos que pueda soportar todo el daño posible mientras nuestra fila secundaria acaba con el enemigo. Esta es una estrategía que viene ideal en ligas como novato, bronce e incluso plata. Link de la batalla en la imagen
Final conclusions/Conclusiones finales
Mana Warden and Avina the Wolf are my best purchases so far in this month of September that begins! Their versatility allows for the creation of highly complex lineups that go beyond a summoner/monster dynamic. We are talking about units with new abilities that can feed off each other and act as a single unit.
Mana Warden y Avina the Wolf son mis mejores compras hasta ahora en este mes de septiembre que comienza! Su versatilidad permite armar alineaciones de gran complejidad y que van más allá de una dinámica invocador/monstruo estamos hablando de unidades con nuevas habilidades capaces de retroalimentarse entre ellas y actuar como un solo conjunto.
