En Splinterlands las cartas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo solo pueden atacar si se encuentran en primera posición, pero hay habilidades que pueden permitir que ataquen desde otras posiciones, por ejemplo la habilidad Sneak y la habilidad Opportunity, también la habilidad Flank usada en otra carta. Por otro lado, en ocasiones las reglas de batalla nos pueden dar cierta ventaja, por ejemplo Melee Mayhem, esta regla dicta que todas las unidades cuerpo a cuerpo pueden atacar sin importar la posición donde se encuentren.
Esta semana les estaré compartiendo una batalla con esta regla.
In Splinterlands the melee attack cards can only attack if they are in first position, but there are abilities that can allow them to attack from other positions, for example the Sneak ability and the Opportunity ability, also the Flank ability used in another card. On the other hand, sometimes the battle rules can give us some advantage, for example Melee Mayhem, this rule dictates that all melee units can attack regardless of the position where they are.
This week I will be sharing a battle with this rule.
⚜️CARTAS ELEGIDAS Y POSICIONES / CARDS AND POSITIONS⚜️
Mi adversario eligió el elemento de muerte con el invocador THADDIUS BROOD el cual estaría restando un punto de salud y magia a todas mis cartas, aunque en esta batalla no se podrían utilizar cartas de magia. Como tanque colocó a CURSED WINDEKU el cual tiene la habilidad de espinas, seguido de otras cartas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. Aprovechó el gasto de mana el cual era de 25 puntos, y también utilizó bien la ventaja de la regla de batalla.
Por mi parte les muestro mis cartas elegidas y posiciones:
My opponent chose the element of death with the summoner THADDIUS BROOD which would be subtracting a point of health and magic to all my cards, although in this battle could not use magic cards. As a tank he placed CURSED WINDEKU which has the ability of thorns, followed by other melee attack cards. He took advantage of the mana expenditure which was 25 points, and also used the advantage of the battle rule well.

Esta batalla contaba con dos reglas, una de ella es la protagonista Melee Mayhem donde todas las cartas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo pueden atacar sin importar la posición donde se encuentren, y la otra regla fue Lost Magic donde no tenemos permitido utilizar cartas de ataque mágico. Por lo cual existía una alta probabilidad de que mi adversario elegiría cartas de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, aunque podía elegir cartas de ataque a distancia también, sin embargo aposté a que estaría eligiendo cartas melee y elegí el invocador del elemento tierra MYLOR CROWLING para aprovechar la habilidad de espinas que devuelve el ataque cuerpo a cuerpo recibido.
FUNGUS FLINGER la coloqué en segunda posición para que sirva de mártir y poder aumentar las estadísticas de mi tanque y a la carta siguiente, es buena porque no solo sirve de sacrificio sino que además realiza ataques a distancia de 1 punto, todo suma.
⚔️Batalla / Battle⚔️
La batalla empezó con mi adversario atacando ya que contaba con mayor velocidad, si bien el tanque enemigo realizó daño a mi tanque, igual pude devolver el daño con espinas, mi carta FURIOUS CHICKEN fue eliminada pero antes ocasionó daño a la carta agresora. El enemigo también contaba con una carta que puede atacar dos veces en el mismo turno, así que estuvo atacando a mi tanque y le bajó la salud hasta los 3 puntos pero en el proceso perdió la vida. Mi carta KATRELBA GOBSON eliminó a una de las cartas enemigas y aumentó su ataque, salud y velocidad.
En el segundo asalto mi adversario solo contaba con dos cartas en pie, yo solo había perdido una de mis cartas carnada. Después de atacar al tanque perdí mi segunda carta carnada, mi carta mártir seguía en pie. El tanque enemigo eliminó al mío y el mártir pasó a primera posición. KATRELBA GOBSON eliminó a la carta enemiga en última posición aumentado nuevamente sus estadísticas, como ella tiene doble ataque por turno, el siguiente ataque lo dirigió hacia la única carta enemiga en pie, el tanque, y lo derribó. De este modo conseguí la victoria con la regla de batalla de esta semana Melee Mayhem.
In the second round my opponent had only two cards standing, I had only lost one of my bait cards. After attacking the tank I lost my second bait card, my martyr card was still standing. The enemy tank eliminated mine and the martyr went to first position. KATRELBA GOBSON eliminated the enemy card in last position increasing again her stats, as she has double attack per turn, the next attack she directed it towards the only enemy card standing, the tank, and knocked it down. In this way I got the victory with this week's battle rule Melee Mayhem.
