Para este 15 de agosto 2024 Splinterlands planea soltar las cartas Rewards de la edición Rebellion, con ella se vienen nuevas cartas con nuevas habilidades, los diseños están hermosos y el lore se enriquece. Hoy quiero compartirles el diseño de una de estas cartas y luego mostrarles el resumen de mi Brawl semanal. For this August 15, 2024 Splinterlands plans to release the Rewards cards of the Rebellion edition, with it comes new cards with new abilities, the designs are beautiful and the lore is enriched. Today I want to share with you the design of one of these cards and then show you the summary of my weekly Brawl. A los gnomos de roca de Nimbledook no les preocupa el Imperio del Caos. En su lugar, han puesto sus miras en aventuras en tierras inexploradas, mucho más allá del alcance de la tiranía del imperio.
Las legiones del Caos se mantienen alejadas del Mar de los Cársticos. Los peligros son demasiado grandes y no vale la pena el esfuerzo. Así que, ¿qué mejor lugar para la próxima gran expedición del Nimbledook?
Nuestro pequeño explorador Nimbledook esta listo para explorar el Mar de los Carsticos, sanando a sus aliados alegremente, como si las adversidades no importaran. Aunque no tiene intenciones de hacer daño, en ocasiones sus compañeros le infunden habilidades que le permiten hacer ataques mágicos. Este pequeño gnomo de las rocas de la especie Demifolk, nos estará acompañando a partir del 15 de agosto del año en curso.

The rock gnomes of Nimbledook aren’t concerned about the Chaos Empire. Instead, they’ve set their sights on adventures in uncharted land well beyond the reach of the empire’s tyranny.
The legions of Chaos steer clear of the Sea of Karsts. The dangers are too great and not worth the effort. So what better place for the Nimbledook’s next great expedition?
Our little explorer Nimbledook is ready to explore the Sea of Carthaginians, healing his allies cheerfully, as if adversity didn't matter. Although he means no harm, on occasion his companions infuse him with abilities that allow him to make magical attacks. This little rock gnome of the Demifolk species will be joining us from August 15 of this year.
Hablemos de mi resumen Brawl semanal. Solo 5 jugadores nos unimos a las batallas, mi gremio pudo conseguir el cuarto lugar lo cual me alegra, es un avance ya que las semanas anteriores estuvimos en los últimos puestos. Con respecto a la tabla interna de mi gremio, mi colega @growtch obtuvo el primer lugar y lo felicito por ello, yo obtuve el segundo lugar y @aniol77 el tercer lugar, felicidades, también a todos los que se animaron a participar, @danzocal y @mirlenyjerez, no pierdan el ánimo y sigan ganando MERITS con sus participaciones, recuerden que las cartas Gladius se compran con el token MERITS. Hablando de MERITS, obtuve 277, también 13.321 SPS.

Let's talk about my weekly Brawl summary. Only 5 players joined the battles, my guild was able to get the fourth place which I'm happy about, it's a progress since the previous weeks we were in the last positions. Regarding the internal table of my guild, my colleague @growtch got the first place and I congratulate him for it, I got the second place and @aniol77 the third place, congratulations, also to all those who were encouraged to participate, @danzocal and @mirlenyjerez, do not lose heart and keep earning MERITS with your participations, remember that Gladius cards are purchased with the MERITS token. Speaking of MERITS, I got 277, also 13,321 SPS.

⚔️Resumen de Batallas / Summary of Battles ⚔️
Primera Batalla / First Battle
Tuve cuatro batallas, pero solo tuve que enfrentar a dos adversarios. En esta primera batalla el gasto de mana era de apenas 14 puntos, el tipo de batalla que odio. A pesar que elegí tres cartas y tenía ventaja numérica con mi adversario que solo eligió una carta, perdí. Sucedió que elegí la estrategia de espinas con el invocador Mylor Crowling, con una carta melee, una carta a distancia y una carta de ataque mágico. Mi adversario en cambio con su única carta que tenía la posibilidad de sanarse a sí misma y un ataque cuerpo a cuerpo de 3 puntos, junto al invocador Scarred Llama Mage que le otorgó +2 de salud, +50% de sus estadísticas por ser la única carta en pie, le dio mucho poder a esa única carta. Bien jugado, tremenda estrategia que demuestra que a veces la cantidad no importa, sino la calidad.

I had four battles, but I only had to face two opponents. In this first battle the mana expenditure was only 14 points, the kind of battle I hate. Even though I chose three cards and had a numerical advantage over my opponent who only chose one card, I lost. It happened that I chose the Thorns strategy with the summoner Mylor Crowling, with a melee card, a ranged card and a magic attack card. My opponent instead with his only card that had the ability to heal itself and a 3 point melee attack, along with the summoner Scarred Llama Mage that gave him +2 health, +50% of his stats for being the only card standing, gave a lot of power to that one card. Well played, tremendous strategy that proves that sometimes quantity doesn't matter, quality does.

Segunda Batalla / Second Battle
Esta batalla estuvo algo complicada con las reglas de batalla terremoto que inflige daño a las cartas que no puedan volar, las habilidades oportunistas o ninjas no podían ser usadas, y todos contábamos con +2 de escudo.
Al ver que contaba con 58 puntos de mana decidí optar por la magia ya que el ataque mágico va directo a la salud y no importa la cantidad de escudo que tenga la unidad, por esa parte estaría evitando dos de las reglas mencionadas más arriba. Para el terremoto elegí un tanque volador y una carta de ataque a distancia que se sana a sí misma, el resto de ataque mágico a excepción de la carta Gladius Relenor Cleaver que sirve como apoyo al tanque, y la carta carroñera Gelatinous Cube que aumenta un punto de salud cada vez que alguien muere.
Mi adversario tuvo una muy mala elección al colocar cartas de ataque a distancia sin la posibilidad de realizar ningún ataque por no estar en primera posición. Creo que pensó que por ser voladoras podrían aguantar muy bien cada asalto, pero no amigo, la magia pega duro.
La batalla estuvo divertida, mi carta Gladius aumentó sus estadísticas, mi tanque sanaba su salud con la habilidad Life Leech, golpes por aquí, golpes por allá. Al final del quinto asalto pude concretar mi victoria.

This battle was a bit complicated with the earthquake battle rules that inflict damage to cards that can't fly, the opportunist or ninja abilities couldn't be used, and we all had +2 shield.
Seeing that I had 58 mana points I decided to opt for magic since the magic attack goes directly to health and no matter how much shield the unit has, I would be avoiding two of the rules mentioned above. For the earthquake I chose a flying tank and a ranged attack card that heals itself, the rest magic attack except for the Gladius Relenor Cleaver card that serves as tank support, and the Gelatinous Cube scavenger card that increases one point of health every time someone dies.
My opponent made a very bad choice by placing ranged attack cards without the ability to make any attacks because he wasn't in first position. I think he thought that because they were flying they could hold up very well each round, but no my friend, magic hits hard.
The battle was fun, my Gladius card increased his stats, my tank healed his health with the Life Leech ability, hits here, hits there. At the end of the fifth round I was able to secure my victory.
