Overcome Depression and Anxiety

Anxiety and depression are two such words about which you must have heard a lot in the last few years. Actually, both anxiety and depression are mental illnesses which look similar to a great extent but there is a lot of difference between the two. If I talk about depression, then mainly it happens that the patient is always upset and does not feel like doing anything, he just gets sad about something and is unable to come out of it. This happens when some such incident has happened with the person due to which he is unable to come out of the shock and is getting worried again and again about something. In depression, the patient feels that he has become completely hopeless and he also feels that now no one can help him and he also feels that whatever shock has caused him to go into depression, it is very difficult to come out of it. He also starts feeling that the life ahead is useless and of no use.

After this, if we talk about anxiety, then the condition of the person is also similar but the reason behind it is worrying too much. In this, the patient starts getting nervous and in this he starts thinking too much due to which he keeps worrying about anything. Even if his life is going on normally, he will still start overthinking about one thing and then start worrying about that thing. In this, the patient gets into a habit of always worrying and staying worried.

If we start thinking about something more than necessary, then obviously anxiety haunts us. We can understand this with the help of an example, suppose a husband and wife live alone in a city and the husband reaches home every day at 7:00 in the evening, but one day suddenly it happens that the husband does not come home for a long time and it was around 9:00, the wife calls his mobile number many times but the mobile number is switched off, now in such a situation, if the wife has a problem of anxiety, then it is obvious that she will go mad due to anxiety and you people can imagine what will happen to her. If someone is alone in the city and there is no one at home, then she will be very anxious. This happens mostly with those people who think about something more than necessary and their mentality is about everything.

If we understand depression with the help of an example, then you can assume that there is a boy and a girl, both of them love each other very much, but due to some reason someone else comes into the girl's life, then she starts loving another person and the matter goes so far that she gets married to another boy, now in such a situation, the first boy will become very sad and go into depression, there are many such examples in the society. The boy then becomes crazy and starts thinking 24 hours a day that why did she do this to me, why did it happen and apart from this, he does not feel like doing any work, he always keeps thinking about this girl. Neither can he talk to anyone about this nor is there anyone with him with whom he can share his sorrow, so that boy starts suffocating inside and many times tries to take wrong steps. In the example that I just told you, you must have come to know how bad the condition of the boy is and how deep depression he has gone there. Most people have this problem and whatever the reason, the situation is like this. What is the root cause of this? If we look at the root cause, it comes to light that people put their dependency on one thing hundred percent, people sleep here that whatever is there now, there is nothing else in the world. You must have seen that many people prepare for some exam for many years, but when they are not able to succeed even after a lot of efforts, then many people go into depression, then they feel that if they do not clear this exam, then they cannot do anything in life.

There is a lot of difference between depression and anxiety, that is why if we talk about the solution of these two problems, then there is a little difference between the two. If we talk about anxiety, if someone feels that his stress level is very high and has increased to such an extent that you start worrying about even a small thing, then in such a situation I would advise you to talk to a specialist and get a proper treatment for this thing. In this, you will have to take complete advice from the doctor and also take the medicines prescribed by the doctor from time to time and attend all the sessions. Many people do this that in the beginning they attend proper sessions, but when they start seeing a little change in themselves, then they feel that now they will be able to control this thing themselves, but this does not happen in reality and in order to save some money, they make themselves more ill, so the advice of the doctor should be completely followed and it is very important to get treatment.

If we talk about depression, then you need to consult a good psychologist but more than that you need the company of your family. Our family is the one whom we can trust completely and they never break our trust. We become a victim of depression when we trust a stranger and he is not worthy of our trust and betrays us. If you want to come out of depression, then you have to share every small and big thing with your family and solve all the problems together. Apart from this, try never to trust strangers and do only what should be done.

This was about the treatment of these two diseases. Talking about prevention, for this, first of all you have to know these common things which cause depression and anxiety the most. Once you know those deeds, then you will know what you have to do in your life and what not to do so that you do not have any such problem. If you do not understand something, then such steps are taken due to which we have these problems, so try to stay away from all these things, there is a possibility of such problems arising from them. Along with this, you also need to do physical exercise because if you do a little physical exercise and yoga daily, then your body remains fit, along with this the brain also remains completely healthy and this type of thing does not enter your mind which causes depression and anxiety. Try to exercise at least half to 1 hour daily and do such work as much as possible which gives you positive energy.

Meditation and exercise are good alternatives to anxiety and depression, such helps us re-channel our energies.
The psychiatrists (behavioural scientists) basically manages both conditions.
