― Bob Marley
Recently, I hardly pick up my phone to search for new musical genres and subgenres to inject into my ears and thoughts because I was becoming tired of listening to old songs I already knew and just wanted something new for my ears.
But music is becoming huge thanks to new innovators of fantastic sounds with fresh genres, but my late discovery of this new favorite song would have surprised me because I'm so attached to it for a song that is over a year old.
I guess you would be wondering, how I found the song- HERE YOU GO!.
I love watching the American and British Got Talent competitions, but I usually save my data for watching the recaps on YouTube. American and UK Got Talent are all over my YouTube feed and search bar. I specifically remember running into this Polish girl named Sara James because she sang a great song of Billie Eilish's "Lovely," and Simon Cowell fully agreed with me by giving her the Golden Buzzer.
My brief musical relationship with Sara James came to an end there, but we were soon reunited when she appeared on American Got Talent All Stars. At this point, she was a big star in Poland and had undoubtedly put a lot of effort into honing her vocals, which were absolutely flawless. I was more excited to see Sara James than Simon Cowell, but what truly caught my attention was the song choice she choose for her performance.
SHE PERFORMED AS IT WAS BY HARRY STYLES
This was the best song I have heard in a long time, possibly because she worked her magic on the cover. The song began with a calm beat before bursting into Harry Styles' original beat.
Regardless of how she performed, I was mesmerized by the song's lyrics; they made me feel as though the music had just been released for me at that precise moment.
How on earth did I miss listening to this song?
How did I miss it on my Playlist?
How did I listen to Watermelon Sugar by Harry but missed this gem called "As it was'
The original song by Sara James gave me the best ear orgasm I had experienced in months. She had sparked a tremendous and lovely feeling in my heart, and I was too eager to hear it. It was a traditional performance of lovely music, an exhilarating journey of joy and happiness, and a heartfelt outpouring.
Gravity's holdin' me back
I want you to hold out the palm of your hand
Why don't we leave it at that?
Nothin' to say
When everything gets in the way
Seems you cannot be replaced
And I'm the one who will stay, oh-oh-oh
In this world, it's just us
You know it's not the same as it was
In this world, it's just us
You know it's not the same as it was
As it was, as it was
You know it's not the same
Lyrics
The song had a profound impact on my relationship with individuals dear to me, and how, even if we may have drifted apart for many reasons, you still appreciate them so much that you wonder how life would be without them. Yet, "It is not the same as it was." Due to the frequency with which I have streamed the song, I assume Harry Styles would have sore throats. The song is an expression of joy and happiness while also expressing a common emotion and feeling we may have.
