This week I was active on the plantation, and today I was harvesting ceplak chilies which have started to ripen on the trees at this time in quite large quantities.
Every 4 days we will always pick them so that these chilies don't rot by themselves on the tree later, therefore they must be picked regularly when the time comes.
This chili also provides a quite spicy taste, so it is quite suitable for people who like spicy flavors to consume this chili as a seasoning ingredient in their cooking.
