Organizational experience makes us understand how the system works, more precisely how society and its life requires a system so that there is a belief in a social system in which there are leaders and people who regulate how the system can run properly, so that organizing makes us able to understand how to ensure that systems and society continue to coexist and protect each other so that we can make organizations and society safer and more peaceful.
Moreover, in every way of life and the cycles of life that occur, we need people who can think about what society will be like in the future. When people cannot think about themselves, that's where the people who run the system must be able to protect and make them safe and peaceful in all ways because in essence they are the ones who have to think about what society is like.
So that by learning to organize we can be able to create every moment and harmony that occurs in life, especially with what will happen, so therefore continue to organize because by organizing we can learn many things, with many people and make us human beings who can interact with anyone and can think about how to overcome any problems that are occurring in social life.
