ယခုအခါတော့ ပြင်ဦးလွင်မြို့သည် စစ်မက်ဖြစ်ပွားရန် အခြေအနေကျရောက်နေပြီ ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် မြို့နေလူထုသည် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ရန် အခြားမြို့သို့ သွားနေကြပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။
