a few days ago at our school held an election event for the OSIS chairman, in this case several candidates participated in winning the OSIS chairman. The election was carried out by means of a general election, namely by giving each student a vote for their respective candidate and before voting or vote first, the candidates are not competing, they carry out campaigns or convey their vision and mission in front of the students at the school where I work
like the bananas that I have given in previous posts, that in our school, every 2 years, an election for the head of the student council is held which is attended by all students to give their vote to one of the candidates they like and who they consider worthy to lead all the students in This school should not hold this event in the school yard using facilities such as voting and also the committees that organize the event. These committees are given instructions first so that they understand how to systematically strengthen the vote at the polling place. which has been specified
as I have previously stated, in this school there are three pairs of candidates competing to obtain one of the seats as chairman of the OSIS and they will later, if elected, chair or rule for 2 years at this school and it is expensive for the two OSIS to be given facilities. and also educated on how to lead well and correctly and later they will also be assisted by OSIS supervisors who come from teachers and have supervisors who will be ready to help the OSIS chairman and all his staff to be able to organize properly and correctly.
The event took place in the school yard and was attended by all the students at this school and I estimate that around 500 students were ready to cast their votes for one or more candidates who they considered worthy to lead these students and the three candidates- These candidates are the result of a very strict selection carried out by teachers at the school, including the spirit of leadership, authority and intelligence, as well as cleverness in mastering languages and also mastering educational sciences and religious knowledge, so from this research, 3 pairs were obtained from those who ready to compete for the seat of student council president
